Asked for garlic bread 3 times took 40 minutes. salad bar; 1 cold meat chorizo, ages serving & fillet steak came once given small cut asked for another told no will come again it didn't! Then got bill I was charged £49.95 for bottomless inc 2 drinks told £42.95 queried it told its gone up but manager told me £42.95. My friend was charged £37.95 August offer clearly £30.. a service charge £10.06 added no choice. I said service was terrible shouldn't charge extra but manager said too late he'd printed bill.. also £1 Zizi again no choice.. A terrible experience & totally embarrassing we only wanted a nice meal not an ordeal & told a liar.. contacted Head office for refund; can't phone only email after numerous unanswered sent me £10.06 still waiting the rest.. Avoid the "special offers scam" .. Once purchased they can take what they like !!
