I purchased some vouchers online £75's worth for a Christmas gift. When they were sent via email and I have printed them out, they were only valid for 30 days even though it states around 2 years! I have been trying to contact someone for 7 days now...Which can only be done via email and I've had no response at all, I've emailed the voucher email address online and the info email. I've called the restaurant and they can't help me but said they would contact head office and ask them to respond, still nothing.
I need someone to sort this as the voucher runs out 25/12/2024 so can't be given as a Christmas gift as it's intended purpose and I can't re purchase them as I haven't put extra money aside for this.
Really annoying that no one is making contact...
I'd advise that you don't by vouchers for gifts!
