A complicated enquiry handled very well by Mr Gokul.

An account has been created for my RSU through the AST portal. But when I try to reset my password (which is the last step to access my account), no OTP is ever sent to my email (email works since I can recover my username). I contacted customer service multiple times in the past month. CS asked me to do the exact steps I was already doing, but it's not working—and now they've just stopped replying. Hopefully I can nudge CS here and solve my problem, in which case I'll update this review.

Edit : will remain at 1 star as the support didn't help, and just told me they won't be helping further as my RSU will be transferred. So basically they are helpless, and wait for months before telling you they cannot help you.

I had a call with respect to shareholdings of my late parents and Sushruthi was so helpful in confirming what we need to do. She went above and beyond what I would have expected by patiently confirming which companies Equiniti were the administrator for and even confirmed other providers to speak to for other holdings. It is very clear what we now need to do and I am very grateful for the time spent.

I had old share certificates in my file with an address we lived at 20 years ago and wanted to check whether they were valid. Sushruthi was very patient and thorough and spent time searching on my behalf, and traced the shares back to a payment which I had forgotten. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Shushruthi.

Vaishnavi was so polite and helpful and I was surprised I got through so quickly. Often with call centres one waits and waits. But not this time! My query was resolved without delay so 10/10!

zero stars; absolutely the worst bisiness i have ever dealt with; who uses faxes for transactions? have been dealing with incompetence the last 4 years trying to transfer our dead mother's account. have completed and FAXED it many times and NO ONE ever receives it; even had an EQ clown on the phone as we faxed it and they said 'not received;'39% 1 star ratings; that should tel people STAY AWAY;how do they stay open? yes i have filed sec complaints; an ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS; NO ONE CALLS BACK; NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS; Stay away!!!!! kep your money!!! i eve responded to EQ on here and they have not responded; how do ALL other companies allow one click transactions? EQ is in the stone ages - THEY USE FAXES!!!! stay away!!!!!!!!!

June 22 2026. I replied to EQ with the requested info. Does ANYONE think EQ responded? Seriously, do you think EQ responded with a remedy or update. LOOOOOOOL! Again, just a CLOWN SHOW!!!! No response. No email requesting we resubmit the transfer forms for the 10th time. Nope. Nothing. Crickets. STAY AWAY FROM EQ AND AST IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!! Clowns.

June 23,2026 CLOWN SHOW UPDATE; still gettin' clowned; NOBODY followed up from EQ after i responded to their request. Par for the course/exactly what we expected; NO HELP FROM EQ; again - EQ STAYS CONSISTENT!!!!! stay Clowny!!!

JULY 21 2026 UPDATE sorry been away for a few - had vacation; EQ CLOWN SHOW IS STILL IN FULL EFFECT; Nothing new; no update; no outreach; said they were going to do a 'trace' to see why our transactions never go through; that was 2+ weeks ago; heard nothing since; At leas they're consistent - consistent at ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING; Keep it CLOWNY!!!!!!

They're pretty terrible. Every time I call them, I receive a different answer. One person says they received the form I sent but couldn't process it for an unknown reason. Another person says they haven't received a form. The next time, I'm told that I need to complete a different form. They're always rude. They are less than helpful, and they seem more interested in hanging up than helping you out.

Spoke to a lovely man names TUSHAR , as i could not get onto my online account , he was very helpful and patient as he got me back onto my account. 10/10 . Thanks
