Understood my issues and pinpointed a resolution in quick order.

My husband opened a new bank account and has not recekved his army pension payment from Equiniti for February. We live abroad and have called them for the last 7 weeks which is costly and every week they say the same thing. They have emailed admin as to why the payment has not been made and they say it will take 5 days and they will email yet nothing has been done and still no payment. We have emailed them 3 weeks ago as marked it as a ckmplaint as per their instruction and also no response. We are struggling without this payment and they are doing nothing to help. We are lost as to what to do next as we know if we call again today we will get the same response and they will not let you speak to a manager.

I have been trying to transfer some company shares to another broker for 3 months and Equiniti have still not been able to complete the process.

They seem consistently unable to help and fail to complete the necessary steps of this very simple transaction on their side - and neither the broker or myself can get any sense or action from them either by phone or email.

A manager was supposed to call me back last week but I am still waiting. Hoping this may help accelerate / escalate a resolution to this ongoing farce.

I’d already had a terrible experience with the chat box who eventually promised me an agent went through the same thing twice still no agent finally found a telephone number to ring And. Your agent was just truly amazing and so patient. I just come out of hospital after being there in and out for about two months brain is not working too well he helped me so much never once did he get frustrated at my feeble efforts of trying to take his advice of what to do, I can only say that I hope everybody has a good experience as I had thank you wonderful man

As I am not familiar with computers I am not competent enough to work out what to do. The gentleman that I dealt with today was very patient with me and took me through the procedure clearly. Not only did he solve my problems but seemed to explain everything, going over some points that didn't understand first time. I wasn't looking forward to the phone call but it turned out fine. Agent told me to insure my physical certificates from 1983 for 5% of their value - but cannot give me the value or comprehend that splits, reverse splits and spinoffs over 40 years make 5 shares in 1983 worth a lot more than 5x today's price. I have no confidence mailing in everything together so we'll start with one certificate at our own estimated value and see how that goes.
