EQi the worst
EQi, the worst platform.
The process, the customer service, the app, the WORST.
I had planned to transfer cash amount £100k share&stock ISA from ii to EQi to get my SAYE shares into flexible ISA. The EQi whole process was slow and full of miscommunication. No progress after one month. After many phone calls, I chose to use Aviva. The whole process was so smooth and clear.
