I was setting up a stocks and shares isa and I was was struggling with what needs to be done I phoned Eli and spoke to Manisha who was very friendly and helped me through. I felt Manisha was was genuinely trying to help me and can not thank him enough

Impressed
I phoned EQI today and was able to speak to an adviser ( her name was Ramsiya) who was able to explain and help me through the process of a complex transaction. She was very helpfull in what I needed to do while also explaining the costs which was extremely help full. My new account was just being set and nice to speak to someone that was happy to help me through the process.

Staff seemed very nice to speak with…
Staff seemed very nice to speak with but very limited in what they could help with. Context is I was trying to transfer shares to utilise an ISA, I had a 90 day timeframe to do so.
Due to the huge delays in actioning any requests I missed out on a very important deadline and had to do something different which means I'm at a total disadvantage financially. I'm aware of several other people who did exactly the same thing as me and didn't have any issues. No one was able to explain to me why I had issues and was asked to complete additional paperwork manually that needed to be posted rather than completed and sent digitally.
Due to lack of communication and action I abandoned ship. Would never use this company again
