Wieso steigert sich die Transportkosten bei jeder Flasche Wein egal ob man für 300 € kauft die Transportkosten werden plötzlich über 50 € was ist das für ein seltsames Unternehmen

I was looking for a bottle of whiskey for a mates 30th, couldn’t find the package I wanted (sextons whiskey complete with glass) in many other places...
Found these guys online and ordered from them. Having then read others’ reviews, I was anxious that the purchase wouldn’t arrive (and couldn’t easily find contact us details online) - but sure enough despite ordering on a Sunday before a following bank holiday Monday, I received an order confirmation on the Tuesday and on the Wednesday my purchase was received!
I am well chuffed and would use these guys again! Thank you!!

Dreadful experience. Ordered £20 worth of items, waited 4 weeks and the items never came. Sent many emails and none were replied to. Finally got through to someone on their Facebook page via messenger who told me my items would be with me by the end of the week...guess what no items...I then messaged back asking where my order was once again but again nothing until a few days later when I got a text message to say my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded. Complete waste of time and effort. Avoid at all costs.

This is just a middle man website so go to somebody who owns the item instead. They were advertising a bottle of whiskey that I wanted but sent me a different version. They then expected to me to pay for returning the item. Utterly shocking.

Habe 6 Flaschen Rotwein im Dezember 2020 bestellt. Angeboten wurden 1 Liter Flaschen. Ungewöhnlich aber sie gibts ja.
Erhalten habe ich 0,75 l Flaschen, aber musste Literflaschen bezahlen. Nach Reklamation wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet. Kostet viel Zeit und viel Energie. Bis heute kein Ersatzlieferung oder Gelderstattung. Kann nur Abraten hier zu bestellen. Es gibt genügend Ausweichplattformen wo man seriös bestellen kann!!

Achtung Betrüger.
Katastrophe, falsche Ware geliefert und nun kein Ersatz. Lieferschein aber korrekt. Viel Geld verloren mit billigen Traubensaft wo geliefert wurde. Unfreundlicher Support. Haben Anzeige wegen Verdachts auf Betrug erstattet.

No lo aconsejo para nada!
Te garantizan un delivery en 48hrs.
96hrs despues te dicen que al final no lo enviaron todavia.... a ver si me devuelven por lo menos el dinero (casi 45 Euros)

am 29.11.20 die Bestellung aufgegeben.
am 02.12.20 eine Mail bekommen wo auf einen Liefertermin am 15.12.20 verwiesen wird.
Am 16.12.20 den Auftrag storniert. Vom Support keine Besätigung erhalten sondern eine Mail wo mir eine weitere Verzögerung genannt wurde.
Von mir nicht zu empfehlen.

*DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*... I bought a whiskey advent calender from them that was sold out everywhere else. They had one left so I went ahead and got it. NONE of the whiskeys displayed in the image of the calender were actually in the box itself. It was clear they had just taken the image from another site and put it on theirs to get a sale. Clear false advertisement. I've contacted their customer service department and I've had no response. Absolute disgrace how companies are allowed to get away with this sort of thing. Again, DO NOT USE and avoid like the plague!!!

I bought a couple of bottles of Hennessy Pure White from their website. Delivery was spot on and the items arrived on time.

Gekauft und bezahlt wurde die Ware per Paypal am 29.10.2020, bus heute, 07.11.2020(!) Ist die Ware nicht geliefert worden. Nie wieder bestelle ich hier.

Nachdem ich hier viele negative Bewertungen gelesen hatte, war ich zunächst skeptisch. Dennoch entschied ich mich dafür, eine Bestellung zu riskieren. Nach einigen Stunden waren für alle Teillieferungen bereits Tracking Nummern im Postfach. Die erste Sendung erreichte mich bereits am nächsten Tag. Am zweiten Tag kamen die anderen drei Pakete an. Alles lief schnell, alles war komplett, alles war in Ordnung. Besser geht Mailorder nicht. Daher würde ich hier jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Ohne Probleme Lieferung in 4 Werktagen, wie bestellt. 1a.

Das Allerletzte! Eine Flasche Wodka retourniert, erst nach 2 Mails kam eine Antwort mit einer Retourenadresse. Nach 4 Wochen immer noch keine Erstattung, die Retoure konnte nach 3 Zustellversuchen beim Verkäufer nicht zugestellt werden. Angeblich hätte ich die falsche Adresse angegeben.
Jetzt liegt das Paket im Hermes Depot und der Verkäufer rührt sich nicht!

Theribble service, i had to wait 3,5 weeks and nothing came. I checked the track and trace. I told me it was delivered. Which wasn;t. No wine no card from DHL.
I complained where the wine was delivered. After checking it wasn;t delivered but had been stored in a certain place. Noone told me where. The solution was i had to paid extra the sippingcosts. Twice! For what? I asked why do i get punished for this? And now it has been returned to spain. Stick it where the sun don't shine.

I order 2 bottles of Sambuca on the 9th August and I am still waiting for delivery

Leider 2 defekte flaschen gin erhalten, versucht dies mit Kundenservice zu regeln. Leider werden Zusicherungen nicht eingehalten. Sehr ärgerlich - hätte ein Geschenk sein sollen. Hier bestelle ich nie wieder. Zudem sehr hohe Versandkosten!

I made an order from them nearly two weeks ago. They cleverly don’t reveal that they are merely an intermediary. As it turns out my order was in reality two. One from a vendor which I received within a couple of days, the bulk of it from a vendor I’ve not heard from nor do they tell you who the vendor is. Yesterday I called Drinks&co and spoke to a Jenny who at first said it was a mistake with my address, well that doesn’t explain why part of the order arrived in two days not to mention that my address is correct as seen on their system. Nevertheless after insistence she agreed to contact the merchant and get back to me shortly; she didn’t. Today I had to call again. First I was attended by someone who at best I could describe as perfectly rude whose best argument was that I was being assisted by ‘Jenny’ so nothing she could do. I had to lower myself to her level and insist on speaking to Jenny, eventually this was accomplished. Jenny said the mystery merchant had failed to reply to her queries and this is why she broke her promise to get back to me, BUT to be assured today she would; it’s nearly 10 pm local time and not a word. I deeply regret having done business with Drinks&Co but this mistake will not be repeated, I take the time to write this review solely with the hope of sparing the rest of you.

Betrug? Ware über paypal bezahlt, Ware micht erhalten, unter Rufnummer keiner zu erreichen, auf Mails kommen nur vorgefertigte Antworten, Seite die in Mail angegeben wird nicht auffindbar...das Allerletzte!!!!
