Overall a good service
Overall a good service, I don’t buy so much from you because of the shipping costs.
Other places I buy my wine etc. from offer free shipping over a certain amount of money spent, that’s why I rarely buy from you.

HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR SOME TIME NOW AND ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE.
A RECENT EXAMPLE WAS. ORDERED MY WINE ON A MONDAY AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. OH YES AND THE WINE WAS GREAT.

Exactly what I ordered and delivered safely X
My product was exactly as described/pictured and was delivered with due respect to my notes for the driver/courier service. The product itself is a favourite of mine and is a party essential, as well as other liquors I’ve bought have been received positively by friends and relatives when gifted either for birthdays or events such as Xmas gifts X

Two orders placed this year
Two orders placed this year, very good price and quick despatch. Hopeless logistics. DHL unable to follow simple instructions which delayed receipt by a number of days on both occasions. On both occasions it was necessary to visit their depot to collect the parcels.

A customer service team member has just spoken to you on the phone, and you explained the issues you experienced during the delivery of your parcels, stating that DHL didn't follow your instructions to rearrange the delivery. We are sorry that the deliveries weren't as smooth as we want them to be, and we kindly advise you in the future to get in touch with our Customer Service team if you ever have any issues, so we can assist you.
As explained over the phone, we will inform the shop in charge of your orders, so they are aware of what happened and file a complaint with the transport company. Also, we have added a commercial gesture on your Drinks&Co customer account as an apology for the trouble caused.
We remain at your disposal for further clarifications.

Mir wurde anstatt des bestellten Wein der Zweitwein geliefert. Als ich das bemängelt habe wurde mir 10€ Gutschrift angeboten. Den bestellten und bezahlten Wein habe ich nicht erhalten.

um die durch den Inhaltsfehler verursachten Unannehmlichkeiten so weit wie möglich zu lindern, haben wir Ihnen eine Gutschrift von 10€ angeboten (die Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Einkauf innerhalb der nächsten 6 Monate ausgeben können, ohne dass ein Mindestumsatz auf der Website erforderlich ist).
Da Sie mit unserem Vorschlag nicht einverstanden waren, wurde Ihnen der Betrag für die angebrochene Flasche zurückerstattet und natürlich angeboten, die restlichen ungeöffneten Flaschen zurückzugeben.
