My order from Drinkss.co.uk (says Basildon?) has not arrived. Mobile phone number i cant contact as no reply. No reply to email. I thought ok as has padlock security. Will bank refund if paid by debit card?? Not sure what to do 😩

Ich hätte am liebsten nicht mal einen Stern gegeben. Artikel wurde vor Versand storniert, aber die Ware trotzdem verschickt. Die Stornierung wurde schriftlich bestätigt, auch, dass sie früh genug eingegangen ist. Frankiertes Rücketikett zugesichert, aber dann keine Reaktion. Nachdem Paypal eingeschaltet wurde, sollte der Artikel auf eigene Kosten nach Spanien!!! zurück gesandt werden. Absolut unseriöses Verhalten. Einmal und nie wieder!!!

1. The tracking number provided is not recognised on the carriers website.
2. No response to emails
3. Called them on the phone number provided, call was cut off after 15-minutes.
4. Responses to negative feedback on TrustPilot seem generic - the same replies used word for word each time - and don't address specific comments/criticism.
5. They appear to be based outside the UK, using a .co.uk web address - see below:

The company is entered on the Madrid Companies' Registry in volume 38057, sheet 43, page M-677507.

This is a SCAM! I bought two very expensive bottles of champagne almost a month ago and have not received replies to 4 emails and the phone number on their website is disconnected.
DO NOT BUY!
Now trying to go through my bank and police to get my money back....

I've spent another day trying to get through to you, however still nobody ever answers the phone. I've also sent 3 emails without response. There are millions of people unemployed in the UK, why don't you employ some to answer the phone as your level of service is shameful.

this is a fast and efficient service offering good quality at reasonable prices.

I ordered 2 bottles of toffee vodka everything went well arrived as expected well packaged

Ordered items for birthday but they never showed.
Make sure you read other reviews.
I do not believe that these people are in the UK.
Terrible service all round - 1 star, too many.

Delivered the wrong item.
Didn't answer their phone.
Took 3 days to respond to email.
Blamed the shop that delivered the item.
Took zero responsibility for the fact they selected that shop as a supplier.
Organised the courier return promptly but then waited until I chased them for the refund before issuing it.
I would avoid this company.

Wegen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen habe ich lange gezögert, aber auch ich wurde enttäuscht: Auftrag storniert, Ware angeblich nicht mehr lieferbar

I just sent them this email, which I think sums up the problem quite nicely...

"I ordered 2017. You sent me 2019. I tried to ring you three times (inside working hours) but there's no one available to take my call. Please send a courier to collect the incorrect delivery and refund my money. I do not require a swap. I would rather re-order from a company that delivers the correct item, or at least answers the telephone when they deliver the wrong item. Thank you."

I ordered a bottle online as a birthday gift for somebody. Four days later they emailed to say they had got the price wrong and had to cancel my order. This leaves me in a difficult situation as I had to find and redeliver a new gift, which will now be late. Poor customer service and entirely their fault.

The company is not sending back my money, they owe me 1200 euro! It is a total disgrace, next step will be that I will consult a lawyer and take them to court. They do not have the wine they say this is now more then a moth ago!
So do not trade with these people.

Although part of what I ordered failed to arrive because it was damaged in transit the follow up to complete the order was excellent and most helpful, hence my rating of five stars.
