Avoid... they don't supply as advertised
I write to advise others that they should not expect to get the product advertised when they order from this company.
I have recently referred them to the Trading Standards after having been supplied with a wine other than that advertised but hidden within a case of the ordered wine.
They may be OK if you're not that bothered about what you drink but are certainly not a company from whom to order anything more than cheap BBQ wines

It is nice to get an explanation, of sorts, though it would have been better still had it come to my initial query to Customer Relations who gave me no detail at all.
However, anyone who understands anything about wine knows that it is either impossible ( or deliberate and illegal) to fill a case marked 2014 with wines of any other vintage let alone one 5 years younger.

Dear Dave, we have checked your order history again. There was a mistake in the vintage of half your order of wine (6 bottles), which is an honest mistake made at the warehouse for not checking the vintage inside the box, and for that we apologize. The seller of the wine in the UK has only been aware of the mismatched vintage after you informed us. They also said they were not informed by the Rutini winery in Argentina of the change of vintage, but the changes have been made on the website after your issue was communicated.
This wine is a 130 Anniversary edition and is only made in tiny quantities in exceptional years, hence the gap between 2014 and 2019. Also, the 2019 you received is more expensive vintage.
As far as we can see, our customer service has offered you the return of the wrong bottles of 2019 at the seller's expense and a compensation, but you refused. If you feel like changing your mind about your decision, please be aware that the wrong 6 bottles can be returned if you need them to, you just have to contact back our support service. We are sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Everything is great until you get a bottle of wine that is undrinkable. Then you'll be expected to carry out a plethora of tasks to prove it, despite offering to return the undrinkable product for them to test for themselves.
When I raised this with them, they closed my case and marked it as "solved".

Hi Chris,
As we have a closer look at your claim for bad taste for one bottle of red wine, we can see that our Customer Care team did ask you for a series of information about the wine several times (smell, colour, condition of the cork and above all a photo showing the labels and the batch number of the bottle). We apologize if these requirements were too hard to follow for you, leading to your claim to be dropped on the way.
At Drinks&Co, we do take the quality issues our customers present us very seriously, but we also need the wine details and more description than just the word "undrinkable". This is because every fault on a wine is forwarded to the vendor and the winery; and after that, we propose a solution to the client. Most of the time, returning the bottle is not an option since the bottle is already opened, and the wine will be altered within just a few days.

Ordered my drinks on 12th December got DPS order number all it ever says is waiting for drinks to be delivered to drop off point. Mobile number don't ring. Looks like I lost £50 going to try and do charge back. Do not order anything from this company

UPDATE: Delivery now made - Buyer Beware
UPDATE 14th January 2022.
My one star review remains as the company did not communicate any delivery information or deliver before christmas as i was led to believe. After submitting a Visa Recharge request via my bank the delivery has finally arrived.
I'm glad that the effort was put in to fulfil my order but I wont be buying again from this company,
No delivery, no working telephone number and no replies to emails.
I have escalated my case to visa chargeback in the Hope I may get my money back from my bank.
If you plan to use this company check they are legitimate first as I suspect you may find you lose your money.
