Faultless customer service
I was a complete pain in the neck as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but both Rebecca and Rachel were very patient, answering all my questions promptly and found several suitable cruises within the budget that I had in mind - customer service was second to none and both are a credit to Crui.se. I only hope that my actual cruise with Ama Waterways provides the same level of service because if so, it will be awesome!! Thank you 😊

Went on the Danube River Cruise last October booked through Cru.ise..everything was dealt with very efficiently and thoroughly enjoyed the Riviera cruise.

The level of customer service provided by Rachel Pears at Cruise has quite simply been outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble for Rachel and I will always be grateful for the kindness she showed when a member of our original group sadly passed away. If the cruise itself is half as good as the support provided so far we are in for a great time. Rachel is a credit to herself and to the Company
