Above and Beyond

I had the privilege of making the first ever Trustpilot review of Deluxe Cruises way back in March 2022 and it is great to see a further glowing 163 reviews on Trustpilot since then.
I have used Deluxe Cruises on a regular basis for many, many years and both their pricing and service has been exemplary on every occasion. The team at Deluxe Cruises and in particular Claire Jeyes have recently gone “above and beyond” in sorting out a cancellation and re-booking of a cruise with Seabourn following my wife’s illness. Seabourn’s terms and conditions relating to changing my booking were labyrinthine to say the least and I could not have done it without Claire’s help and assistance. Pleased to be number 164 on the list of Trustpilot reviews---long may our relationship with Deluxe Cruises and their wonderful team of lovely ladies continue.

NW Passage

It was a great exploration of an area that very few people get the opportunity to visit. Wonderfully presented by Hurtigruten, with excellent service and expert knowledge of all aspects of the Arctic.
Deluxe Cruises, our agent, managed everything and kept us fully informed every step of the way.
