Our first time booking a river cruise on the Danube and sought advise from Crui.se. Had a prompt response to our enquiry with follow up quotations on the same day. Excellent service and provided the options to suit our exact needs.

I booked a Uniworld cruise to Venice, and the nearby islands. My request to fly from an alternative airport was handled efficiently and without further cost.
As a solo traveller, I wanted to know some extra information about similar travellers and this was also provided quickly, albeit simplistically due to GDPR restrictions.
When I had difficulty checking-in with the airline the day before departure, their website would not recognise me, but that was soon resolved directly by a member of staff.
I shall have no hesitation in using Crui.se for future cruises.

Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well.
We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.

Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion
It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product

Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I had quite specific requirements for the river cruise, which included us making our own way to the embarkation point and our own return flights, but Carley dealt with everything, providing a prompt, courteous service to me throughout. This gave me the confidence to place my booking with Crui.se and I will not hesitate to contact them again if we decide to undertake another river cruise.

Rachel Peers booked the Douro cruise for us very efficiently and at a good price. Then, not long before we were due to leave, my husband became unwell and, although he soon recovered, he decided not to travel. A wonderful friend offered to come with me instead. Rebecca Mann was brilliant! She was very calm and helpful, and she succeeded in getting the name changed on the flights at the last minute - it was not straightforward as my friend was away from home and there was a delay accessing her passport details. It all went ahead, and we had a lovely time. My husband remained in good health and seems to have rather enjoyed his week at home alone! A very big thank to Rebecca for all her help. I am so grateful to her.
