I love these seat covers, however, after one year the vinyl material appeared to degrade, possibly due to UV damage. I contacted customer service and although they could not explain the damage, they promptly offered me replacements.

I received email that team was waiting on a response from me on the resolution they were offering. I can not locate the resolution they are speaking of
I ordered clear covers that did not perform as described. Moisture collected on the inside and allowed furniture to become wet. I reordered and got a different material that is performing as designed.
I thought it would be reasonable to either get a refund or some other consideration. What I was offered was the 20% off that everyone was getting.
Like the covers, they fit well but the original ones just didn’t perform as described.

Covers did not fit.
I measured my Adirondack chairs EXACTLY as indicated in the instructions, and the covers did NOT fit. I sent an email regarding this problem, and was assured that a "ticket had been opened" and I would hear back on a resolution. To date I've heard NOTHING.
I expect a full refund.

I needed a custom made cover that was a…Custom cover for a musical instrument
I needed a custom made cover that was a non-standard design. I had many messages with a contact person who verified that my design pattern and dimension had been received and that my order ws moving forward and that there was nothing more for me to do! In the mean time I kept getting email messages wanting me to acknowledge and approve. Going on the advice of the contact person - thinking that everything was fine, I did NOT acknowledge the messages. It wasn't until I started acknowledging the email that my order went to production. Even though the contact person was trying to be helpful, I feel that I recieved BAD INFORMATION from the contact person. As for as the product, it was what I had ask for but I was unaware the it would have elastic around the bottom edge. The cover would have been perfect if the elastic had not been included.

Great Product
When there was a delay by UPS in delivery, not Covers and All faulty, when I contacted the team at Covers and All they were truly fantastic and sorted out the delivery immediately. The cushion cover we ordered is great and we are delighted. So 5 star for the product, but also 5 stars for the way the team sorted a delivery issue. Thank you

Not the best experience
I was given a delivery date which was about to come and go with no updates, so I had to reach out to the company to get more information. I can appreciate that things don’t always arrive on time, but I felt I should have been updated without having to wait around for the delivery and then get in touch myself.
My cushions arrived shrink wrapped and so they were very crushed and very wrinkled; some of them were so crushed they don’t fit properly in the cover and look too loose; after over a week they still don’t fill out the fabric. There are also ridges along the front edges where the batting wasn’t placed evenly, so they look lumpy. I’ve tried to get in to the front of the cushion to smooth it out but it’s just not possible.
I was told by a customer service agent in live chat that there was info on the website about getting the wrinkles out, but that is no where to be found. I asked her to direct me to the page but she just said “it’s on the website”.
The colour of the fabric on the website is WAY off. I understand that there will be some difference in the site photos and the actual product, but this fabric is a COMPLETELY different colour than the photos.
All in all not a fantastic experience but there was nowhere locally to source decent patio cushions so I took a chance ordering online.
The quality of the fabric, irrespective of colour difference, (I chose Sunbrella) is excellent and the workmanship appears to be good. Because of that, combined with lack of product in my area, I did go ahead and order the covers for the back cushions. Hopefully they work out better.
EDIT: I’ve received a reply to this review and have sent on the information requested. Hopefully I’ll hear back from someone who is more helpful than the live chat agent was

Fist class product. First class process
Ordering online is very easy. The product is first class. If you want a custom product, the process is easy and very comprehensive, allowing for multiple reviews of the design, to ensure it is correct before manufacture begins. In my case, they pointed out an error in my sketch.
