The process of providing rough measurements and then having the opportunity to have the professional designers, make a mock up and then be able to change the mock up works great. We’re very happy with our gazebo privacy screen. We’ve had many many projects mainly covers for furniture and our grill and smoker made by covers and all each item has been done meticulously well.

Great Service! Great Fit! Great cover!

I have given feedback. My cover came damaged and cannot be properly secured. Otherwise, the fit is great, the material seems durable and the color is accurate. Someone has replied to my feedback that someone else will contact me to resolve my issue.

My shipment seems to be stuck in India. Is reached out to their Customer Service team via email and never heard back from them regarding an expected delivery date. I’ve now waited over a month for a delivery that I believed was being fabricated in Georgia. It’s frustrating.

Poor quality seat and cushion covers with exposed stitching. We’ve requested they replace with high quality stitching and welting. Will see how they respond, initial experience is poor.

Cover looks good and was a perfect fit.

However, we have a question. Also in the package were 3 black cloth bags (with a silver lining and drawstrings).

I ordered the best cover they had. The material is frayed and very thin. Absolutely zero insulation and water definitely gets through. Also it was stitched about 1/2-1” smaller than I specified. The only reason I’m sayin 2 stars instead of 1 is because it came quickly. Maybe they just rushed it?? 😞

The ordering experience was easy and straightforward. The company was great about asking questions and was responsive and clear in their communication. The product came very close to the quoted delivery date.

I had 2 issues that need improvement. The first is that I was supposed to get a 20% discount with an offer code. Instead I got closer to a 5% discount. When I called about it, I got cut off. I tried twice. Their customer service agent was hard to understand and ineffective. I never got the proper discount.

The second issue is with the product itself. The Sunbrella fabric is much lighter than what I expected. I haven't put the covers on yet, so it may be fine, but I'm afraid it won't hold up well because it's flimsy and I hope it is indeed water repellent. The covers were poorly packed and very creased as a result.

The biggest issue, however, is that the inside of the cushion covers do not have finished edges. There are stray threads everywhere because they are just cut off with no finish so they're unraveling a lot. This is on the inside of the covers, so is not visible from the outside. However, my fear is that when washed, they will unravel a lot and could pull away from the zipper and seams.

I needed replacement covers for the cushions on our patio chairs because the original material had become dry-rotted and was falling apart. I checked with a local upholstery provider, but the cost of his fabric—specifically Sunbrella—was much higher than I was willing to pay.

I then came across Covers&All. Their pricing seemed reasonable, and I was glad to see that Sunbrella fabric was available as an option. The ordering process was straightforward, and I also appreciated being able to pay with PayPal. I generally prefer not to enter my credit card information directly on websites, so that gives me some added peace of mind.

I placed the order on April 24th. The confirmation email stated that my order was expected to arrive on May 8th, which I thought was a very good turnaround time. Unfortunately, May 8th came and went without a delivery. When I checked the order status, it still showed the item as being in production. On May 9th, I emailed customer service to ask for an update. The automated reply said that a specialist was already reviewing the matter and that I would receive an update within two hours. However, I did not receive any follow-up within that timeframe.

On May 14th, I called customer service and reached a call center in India. That was a little surprising because the website presents the company as being based in Georgia, USA. I explained my concern that the order was now six days past the promised delivery date. The representative told me the order was being prepared for shipment and that it would go out that same day.
I later received a FedEx notification confirming that the shipment was on its way. When I reviewed the shipping details, I saw that the order was being sent from India. It arrived five days later, on the 20th. Considering the distance, that delivery time was actually quite fast.

My wife put the covers on, and the installation went fairly smoothly. We did notice a few loose threads that needed to be trimmed, but overall, the material feels soft and water-repellent. Hopefully, it will hold up well over time. The price was better than what the local upholstery provider quoted, and the product seems to meet our needs. My main complaint is that the company was not more transparent about where the products were being made and shipped from. Even so, aside from the delayed delivery and that unexpected detail of India, the overall experience was positive.

The cover was received when promised, was made to the correct dimensions and the material used for the cover is outstanding. I could not be happier.

Good product and easy to install

Still not happy with the after sales service. My issue has not been escalated as they suggested on Trust pilot. Im dealing with the same people. The videos that they requested I took are not acceptable to them but they will not tell me what format I need to provide. My sense is they are trying to ignore me so that I 'go away'. I won't. I will politely and persistently continue until I get a fair resolution.
