Victor Parker was extremely helpful during a chat this afternoon. I had questions about measurements, fit, ties, etc. He answered all of my questions clearly so that I can prepare to place my order in the next day or two. Overall a great experience. For what it's worth, I spent 15 years in the eCommerce business, so I am pretty critical when it comes to reviews. Victor could teach others how to provide high quality service!

I ordered a custom made top for a pergola and their online tools made it easy to get the order to size, the whole thing involved a few emails and was done quickly and I received my item shortly thereafter.

Poor customer focus and service
I wanted to change something about the order but they were slow to respond. When they did so they said it was too late to make changes as it was already in production. They then held the order but did not tell me that they would not proceed without confirmation and they were not proactive in contacting me. I contacted them after the original delivery date was missed to be told that the production had been halted. Just poor customer service. They also give the impression of being a British company with a London address and a Glasgow phone number but they are based in the far east.

Excellent company for bespoke covers etc.
The website with all the manufacturing options made it easy to achieve what I needed. Product looks well made & fits as expected.
Only slight issue was with delivery, I was given a date of the 25th May when I ordered, then tracking information stated it would arrive on the 22nd May, It finally arrived on the 26th May. Not a problem considering current climate!

Take Advantage Of Placing Order With Customer Service Rep.
Easy to contact a representative and apply coupon towards purchase. The cover is well made, quality material and cost was reasonable. I specified orally to include a zipper because item was to be used inside only and needed access to stored goods located on a bakers rack. Unfortunately , the cover arrived without a zipper. I did not request grommets or ties on the order form but they were included (not a problem). Emailed initial contact person to see if cover could be returned to include zipper ( whatever the charge) no response to date. Cover was shipped in a reasonable amount of time, received emails pertaining to shipping updates. Wish I had placed the order with a live person rather than online.

Received another customer's order
After waiting four weeks from ordering to delivery, I opened the package to find some other customer's item. Now it is taking a long time to remedy the situation. Arthur Scott from Resolutions has been in contact with me. I had to send numerous photos of the item I wrongly received. I have not received a mailing label with which to return the incorrect item, which is a very large cushion. I don't know how much more time it will take to get the item I ordered. Meanwhile, Covers & All has my money. I don't know if I will receive any reimbursement for the inconvenience. The item I did receive looks to be very nicely made. It's just not what I ordered!
Later: Progress is being made. I've been told I should receive my correct order in about 12 working days--even though it will be shipped from India. I asked about financial compensation for inconvenience and was offered $10. It turns out this is store credit. Also, I am left to dispose of the incorrect order on my own. The people I've talked to are polite, which is a plus.

Do not trust this company!
Covers*All made a mistake delaying the delivery and refused to expedite the shipping to make up for it. When asked to explain the representative had NO answer and when asked a second time HUNG UP ON ME. Further, the process requires the customer to work with bots who are not able to respond to simple inquires - and as stated above made mistakes. The final insult was the delivery of items measured incorectly and with details SPECIFICALLY addressed but included anyway. This was my second order with this company so I am not a simple comlainer, but this company has gone DOWN HILL!

Dismal service
I am still waiting for my product to be delivered almost 2 weeks after ordering.
I was sent an email saying it was coming last Friday but it didn’t turn up.
Every day I receive more marketing emails. I’ve replied to 2-3 of them complaining that I am still waiting for my product. I get a note saying it’s logged and a ticket number but no response and still no product. Appalling service. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Just what we ordered, perfect!
From start to finish, the process was seamless (pun intended!). The package arrived, and it had been inspected by customs but was all ok. Hung it over the bbq accessories cart (which it was for) and within two days all the wrinkles were gone. Perfect!
Will definitely buy other covers from this store.
