This place is a scam
This place is a scam, I am sure of it. I placed an order, paid a lot for said order, and it still has yet to come. In fact it has not moved from the "in production" stage in a month. I contact them and they keep coming up with excuses and every timeline they give me comes and goes with zero changes to the order status. They claim they cannot make changes to any order once placed, which is a lie. DO NOT TRUST NOR BUY FROM HERE.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I had my covers replaced under warranty. There was no pro rated amount and the shipping was free. I had the new covers in under 2 weeks. Fast professional process.

Dispatch times inaccurate
I’m just giving my opinion on the customer service rather than the product, as that hasn’t arrived yet.
Product ordered on 11th May to be delivered 26th May. Now saying product will be dispatched on 26th June. Every time I ask the question I get a different answer. Not kept up to date by email or the tracker. Quite annoying!
I am editing this review to one star as I have been continually misled about dispatch times. It’s now 26th June and still no order.

The covers have attracted ants to the extreme!!! I have washed them twice now. And they are covered in ants all the time!! I don’t know what you used in the fabric but they are not even useable. Never had an ant issue until buying these covers. Simply awful!! Would never buy again. Waste of money

UPDATE: Very poorly run business -- and it's NOT in the USA
Update 2: After five weeks of waiting for my order, yesterday I was told it will ship in one more week (June 15th). I don't trust them-- and neither should you. Ten days ago, a rep named "Rutvik" offered to give me a 20% credit to my account for the troubles. My order cost $400; but they only added a $25 credit to my account. So, along with delivery times, simple math is also a challenge for Covers and All. Below are a few more of their "miscommunications"....
Update: May 27th-- it's been nearly a month, and my order from May 1 still hasn't even been produced... much less delivered. Funny, the online order status still reads: "Delivery Expected: May 12th". About a week ago, the Covers and All marketing team contacted me about my reviews on social media. They offered to "expedite" my order as a way to keep me from flaming them any more. As of today, their production team has not "expedited" my order.
At the time of my custom cushion order on May 1st, I was told I would receive my cushion in 10-12 days. Now, several days past the delivery date listed on my order, I am being told "another 5-7 days for production"; then "5-7 more days to be delivered". So, ostensibly, my 10 days will turn into roughly 1 month. If/when I actually receive my order, I can update this review based on quality of the product.

Covers not delivered over a month later!
I placed an order for custom outdoor cushions on May 5, 2026. As of June 8, the order has not shipped. No one will answer questions in my order. I cannot use my outdoor furniture. These are expensive covers. The delay may be related to production volume, but I would appreciate clear communication and an accurate delivery estimate rather than no communication regarding a delivery date. I would not order from here again!!

Really bad service
Really bad service. Paid in full for order weeks ago and despite multiple calls and emails and messages on what’s app we have nothing more than holding responses with no facts on delivery. It’s really upsetting as spent so much money and wasted a summer chasing for an order that’s never arrived! I am so upset about it
