I believe I ordered 2 Gun Cabinet Covers and fully expected that the front could open up so the door could be opened at any time from the front. Instead, these are drop over covers with no front opening, they can only be installed from the top and the entire cover drapes to the floor with no access. This is totally unacceptable. PLEASE supply the cover I believed I ordered. These are unusable!!!

They charged my credit card, but never responded with an acknowledgment… when I inquired weeks after order placement they denied that there was an order in their system. After almost 4 weeks, a package arrived from India (I thought the company was in Georgia). The color was not what I was expecting, I emailed them with pictures, requesting return instructions, but they never responded.

The product looks quality and it will work exactly how we need it to. So 5-star grade there. This was my first purchase with Covers&All, and likely my last, because I don’t agree with their discount policy. I entered my email address to receive a noticeable discount on my first ever purchase. At the same time I ended up deciding on and buying my product. I purchased, then noticed I had an email with code for my first purchase discount. I called customer service twice, spoke with two different people, and asked if they could apply the discount. Answer was no. Perhaps I’m just used to Amazon who will bend over backward to assist buyers. Now I will go in and unsubscribe from emails I never wanted in the first place, I just wanted a first purchase discount. Denied, if that’s their policy, fine. But mine now is to shop somewhere else. First World problem I know, but do something for a new buyer that will earn their future business.

Very disappointed with lack of communication, wrong delivery information and no resolution when I complained.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review as I always like to see the best in every situation and to understand that things go wrong within a Company.

However, my order for 4 covers has been 'In Production' according to the website and despite having numerous 'sales' emails from the Company at no time have I received an update on how my order was progressing.

The products were down to be delivered today (Friday 5th June) but having checked the website there was no indication of a delivery slot and in fact the items were still showing 'In Production'.

Having opened the chat box, whilst met with a polite 'person' I felt that all the responses were AI generated based on the information I had input so not even sure if I was messaging a real person...

I didn't need to be told umpteen times that I must be frustrated etc etc. But the only thing they could tell me was that the product was now post-production that it would be between 5 to 7 working days for dispatch and then I would receive tracking details.

This has made me feel a little used and that the order was always going to take longer than agreed but lack of communication is infuriating.

Yes, they are only furniture covers and in the big scheme of things it isn't much, but if your business is based on trust then you have to earn that trust.

Needless to say I won't order from this Company again as they make promises they can't keep and to me that is the worst type of Company...

I had an issue with the shipping not making it on time.
They were glad to refund the shipping that was expedited but did not make it on time.
Will do future business with Cover and All because of their customer service!

I chose Covers and All because they appeared in my search for companies that manufacture and ship within America. I ordered a custom fire table cover on May 16th with an expected 10-day delivery.The delivery date was quickly delayed to May 28th. When that date passed without my item, I contacted customer service. I was told someone would follow up with me within two hours, but I never received a response. I reached back out to them myself after that deadline passed, and they still never responded to me.The package finally arrived today, but the box had been opened during transit and taped back shut. Furthermore, the quality of the cover is highly disappointing for the price; the material feels thin and cheap, similar to a plastic trash bag. Because the company does not allow returns on these items, I am stuck with an expensive product that does not meet basic expectations. To make matters worse, I attempted to leave a review for the product on their website, but the option is blocked or locked.

The ordering was very easy to relate the custom fit, and I was given even more confidence in the process when Covers&All contacted me for clarity on a measurement. The order came sooner than the estimate. The real standout about this product is the high quality of material and workmanship. They fit perfectly, look great, and I am confident in years of service.

I placed a custom order on April 29th for two patio chair covers. I carefully drew the design of a rectangle with height, width and depth measurements depicting a zipper across the top.
Their verification process was such that at least twice I had to attest to the accuracy of my dimensions, which I did.
What arrived was two large opened ended sacks with a zipper right down the middle!
I needed a closed bag not a dust cover with a useless zipper in the middle !
I contacted customer service, the offshore accents not withstanding, when the different agents pulled up.my order they never said it wasn't clear, or wasn't custom ordered. They stated that it would be forwarded to a supervisor.
I finally got an email stating that my order was NOT custom and that they're standard prototype had a zipper in the middle. They denied that I had stipulated where my zipper was to be and that they will do NOTHING! I had told each person I spoke with that I wasn't looking for a refund, but just the items as requested! We have ordered from them in the past and had loved the products! I had several more I was going to order, but never again. BUYER BEWARE!

Products are very well made and appear to be very sturdy. Previously bought a couch cover 2 yrs ago that has held up beautifully in the AZ heat and monsoons. I’m sure my newest purchases will as well. Considering a 22ft trailer cover next!

I am beyond impressed with these covers!!! We have a sectional with non-standard cushion sizes, so I did a lot of searching before choosing these. The quality of these covers is beyond my expectations! I will definitely order again if I ever need more covers/cushions.
