Ordered 2 chair covers and was told…
Ordered 2 chair covers and was told that it would be delivered June 17. Once June 17th arrived - no covers. Called support (waited on hold for a long time) and they informed me there was a production delay (no indication of this on the website or via email). I was relying on these covers for a planned trip and now I am out of luck, and when requesting a refund they kept putting me on hold (ended up giving up and hanging up). Not sure if I'll get the refund or ever get the product. BUYER BEWARE,

1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
We placed our order in early May and paid extra for expedited shipping with an expected delivery date of May 11, 2026. We were preparing for several backyard entertaining events and purchased these covers specifically to update our outdoor space in time for those gatherings.
More than a month later, we still do not have our order.
What has been most frustrating is not just the delay, but the lack of consistent communication and accountability. We have received multiple explanations, including:
• Waiting on production
• Production backlog
• Waiting for dispatch
• Waiting on the carrier
• Shipping in 3–5 days
• Additional unspecified delays
Each update seems to contradict the previous one, and none have resulted in actual shipment of our order.
We have requested to speak with a supervisor or manager on three separate occasions and have yet to receive a call or meaningful escalation. Instead, we continue to receive generic email responses asking for more patience.
The company acknowledged on June 3 that the order was already fabricated and would ship within 3–5 business days. More than a week later, there was still no shipment, no tracking number, and no proactive communication.
At this point, the issue is no longer simply a delayed order—it is a customer service failure. We paid in full, paid for expedited shipping, missed planned events, and have spent weeks trying to obtain accurate information.
Customers deserve honest communication, realistic delivery commitments, and access to management when issues arise. Unfortunately, our experience has been the exact opposite.
This is an amateur operation. Very disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order from Canada for 3 seat cushions on April 28, 2026 and was told it would be delivered May 18. It has been a month and I have been calling customer service every week since then. The company runs an off-shore call centre and their reps read from a script - oh so sorry for the inconvenience, we have more orders than we can handle, it is in last stage of production and will be shipped next week. Still waiting for the 15% discount as compensation for delayed shipment. Today they told me it will be shipped within 48 hours, from INDIA! All their work comes from India, NOTHING is manufactured in North America. So disappointing and a waste of time and energy. I would never have ordered had I known this would be the process.

Took forever to get the design approved. Finally was in production with a delivery date. Didn’t show, called and was told they were too busy. Why send me a delivery date? Agent hung up. Employ a call center located in America, please!

Poorly made and not waterproof as stated
The covers came with tons of threads coming loose, and makes it really hard to zip. I reached out to customer service and they offered to give me a store credit, why would I want to buy something else from this company, when the first one was so poorly made? And then, to make matters even worse, I paid for the upgraded fabric that's supposed to be waterproof, I had my first rain with the covers last night, the mattresses inside are completely soaked. Buy your products elsewhere.

Personalized Covers - Yes Please!
It is great to have the option to personalize covers! So helpful! The process was smooth. The designer sent me pictures and measurements. We made a couple of adjustments and then it was off to production. The cover fits perfectly on our large U-shaped outdoor couch! Quality seems good. I wasn't sure I would be able to find a cover for it. Thank you Covers&All! You will be the first place I shop for future covers.

My shipment was delayed multiple weeks
My shipment was delayed multiple weeks. It never updated the status,, as of yesterday when I finally received my shipment from INDIA, the stairs still shows it was supposed to to deliver weeks ago. I talked to multiple customer service reps on chat and phone 7 times wasting time for an update. Every single one was clueless and kept saying those generic script “we are sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah”. I was promised that a supervisor would follow up with me never happened, promised a 10% refund due to the company’s incompetence and that never happened. I will never purchase from this company again and I will be sure to inform everyone of my experience. If I can give -5 stars I would.

Badly designed draw strings to short only on 2 corners not all the way around cannot tighten ,took 3 weeks to get this might be an australian company but everything is made in india coild get same product made here cheaper i cannot reccomend,buyer beware.

My cover was received in a timely manner, quality and fit was on the money. Time will tell if the material will be able to hold up, it’s is a little bit lighter weight then previous cover.
