I do not recommend Covers and All. I placed a several hundred dollar order around May 12. I did receive one item in my order within a reasonable time period (a simple table cover) but it's been over 6 weeks since my order was placed and I'm still receiving a run around. "it's a backlog", "it's unexpected", "it will ship in a week". I've followed up with them each week and same response. I never have had direct communication from them. Sad a company in 2026 can't reasonably set expectations on when placed orders will be shipping. All their customer service is in India, I was told after a 3-4 call about this order that a supervisor would call me back in 4-6 hours. Never happened. Find a different company who can actually fulfill your order. Avoid. CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE FOR ACTUAL REVIEWS.

Terrible customer service. They mock you and act fake-polite, but they never actually solve any problems. I tried to redeem my wallet points, worth 90 euros, but they didn’t let me. The communication is misleading, and I strongly suspect it is done deliberately.

Cover fit nicely and looks like it will do the trick.

These replacement cushions are great! They fit perfectly and look fabulous! I went with the basic fabric and am very impressed. The material seems to be thick and weather resistant. What a great find!

Cushion is very well-made, and comfortable. But the measurements were off in the cushion is way too short.

The cushions arrived per detailed instructions and fit perfectly on the outdoor rocking chair. The experience of workioong with staff was seamless. I do appreciate attention to detail. Love the Sunbrella Material.

I just received the outdoor covers for my furniture, and I couldn't be happier. They fit perfectly, as if they were made directly on the furniture. The quality of the material is exceptional, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
The entire process was simple and seamless: I provided the measurements, received a drawing for approval, and once approved, production moved quickly. The covers arrived sooner than expected and exceeded my expectations in every way.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality custom outdoor furniture covers.

They had a clear cover advertised on their website and asked me to measure my item for a perfect fit. I was looking at a clear cover for a pillow. I needed a cover for the remembrance pillow for a loved one. I sent my measurement of 12 x 12 x 4. The company has a USA flag on their website but everything is coming out of India and all their Customer Service Representatives are in India so clear communication isn't something that happens when there are problems. They sent a cover with black harness all around and when I complained that it didn't match the picture on the website and my order (which was all clear plastic), their resolution team sent back a picture of a totally different product which is an outdoor chair cover and said that is what I ordered. They wouldn't offer a refund or offer to send the correct item I ordered. Only a discount on a future order, like I would order anything else from them and waste my money again. Right now Paypal is taking care of the problem for me. I'm so glad I used Paypal to pay.

The screen covers are nice and heavy and perform well. My only complaint would be the measuring instructions. I would recommend adding 2-3" to the length of your measure. Both of my screens are short by about 2" and I followed the directions as posted on the website. The width of the screens are fine but I wish one of the screens was about ½ wider. If you have the room then I would also add ½-1" to your measurement. The screens adhere with a very strong adhesive but it doesn't withstand hot weather so I also tacked them up. That seems to be working well.

Customer service is lacking. I sent an email asking for the 20% discount because it didn't get applied. It took customer service 18 days to respond back and they informed me that the screens went into production the same day that I emailed asking for discount, therefore they could no longer give me a discount. What does that have to do with anything? Still waiting for a reply to that question.

If you are in a hurry to get a screen then you may want to look elsewhere. From date of order to receiving the product took 19 days. The screens are made and shipped from India - at least mine were. Supposedly there is a US office.

Overall the screens are working except for the length. I probably won't order from them again.

We recently received our custom magnetic screen. The screen itself is very high quality and works beautifully. It magically closes with no gaps after the dogs go through! The only issue is the grip on top. The sides never fell down but for some reason, the top did not want to stay attached. We ended up reinforcing with clear gorilla tape and it worked very well.
Customer service was very good. I was concerned when the order didn’t arrive on the promised date and emailed the company. I heard back quickly which gave me confidence they were still going to be sending it on, just late…which was fine. I would have no reservations recommending this product.

High Quality Product.

The fabric quality is top-notch. It provides great weather protection against rain and dust. It fits the large body of the BMW X7 perfectly without any issues. Order placing, customer service and delivery time was amazing. Thank you!

The covers seem to be decent material, but I was given poor instructions on how to measure the cushions. When I asked if I should measure the cushions with or without the cover, I was told to take the cover off and measure the cushion. Unfortunately, the bat material fluffs up when you take the cover off so the dimensions I took were too big. Very poor instructions.

By far, hands down, the biggest scam company I have ever dealt with. Company has delayed my order 3 times over the past month, changed my apparent delivery date 3 times, hung up on me on the phone and through live chat, and refuses to give a refund, stating product is in production. Stay as far away from this company as u can, they are not in Canada, and showboating as such, when they are using sweatshops in India, and if it ever arrives, will probably be as bad in quality product as their customer (lack of) service has proven to be, no cushion inserts, no refund, and out of pocket $380.

Update…. after many complaints, I received a message that they will issue -a refund for the product I ordered but never received.

Skylight shades are well made from quality material. Workmanship was high quality as well.Customer service is great, all questions answered, account and discounts verified quickly. Shipping was a bit slow, but no big deal Ordered 2 more shades. Thanks

The cover we ordered was perfectly sized and of quality material. Great communication from the Covers & All company with on-time completion.

If I could give -1 I would. Their designers are mathematically challenged and can't decipher elementary measurements and design. Their "24x7" support team speaks and understands very little English. They made commitments for delivery dates, missed them and then failed to follow up or assist with resolving the issue. Constant misrepresentations and failure to follow up.

I have ordered several covers for my outdoor furniture and have never been disappointed. Orders come quickly and the covers are so well made. Quality is top notch! And the price is fantastic! Highly recommended to all!!!

Followed the directions for the dimensions for an atv winch cover. Mine is a completely different mount and is on a boat. I really didn't think it would fit but I was wrong. Fits perfectly!

Customer service was fantastic. Site was easy to navigate. However, we measured our cushions 3 times and still the covers are too big which makes it look very sloppy. We wanted the waterproof covers but it looks more like something you would take off to preserve your actual cushions and covers, not necessarily something you would want to sit on. I feel so disappointed!
