Complete Home Surveys Ltd Recensioni

Very efficient service at a competitive cost.
Purchased the level 2 homebuyers survey which was very detailed and easy to understand.
Would definitely recommend.

Very detailed Survey and a quick service, highly recommend.

Emma and Sean have provided an excellent service when carrying out a surveyor recently for a home we are purchasing. Emma is so friendly and helpful with any communication needed. Sean was really great in taking the time to talk me through the report once I received it and didn’t fully understand its contents. This put me at ease. Even though I had paid up, some details came back in the searches return and I contacted the company again for advice. To my surprise, Emma and Sean once again assisted me with no problems and took the time to look over the information and advise me accordingly without wanting further payment. Thank you again to the team and I would highly recommend them for your surveys.

Very comprehensive report provided within a good timeframe and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this firm.

Fast turn around and competitively priced. Would recommend.

Had a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey completed on a property. Really competitive cost, carried out the survey to suit my timescale and got a very detailed report back within 2 days. Would really recommend this company. Special thanks to Emma who arranged the survey and was on hand to answer any queries :)

Had a level 2 survey completed on a house me and my partner where purchasing and they where very quick and simple to use. They offered plenty of support, would definitely recommend.

We have had 2 surveys from Complete Home Surveys (the first sale fell through) and on both occasions we have been impressed by the efficiency of the system and the helpfulness of the staff when phoning. They were very flexible about dates (our vendors were quite difficult to tie down!). The reports were thorough and sent through very quickly after the survey. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received - and the price was very reasonable compared with many others we looked at.

This company have been great! Despite being cheaper than others we were quoted, I feel we got the best service! Emma was always on hand quickly and efficiently if we had any queries, the survey was booked in and despite them saying 3 working days to a week for the report, 2 working days later we receive a full, comprehensive report which allows us to work on and figure out the next steps in the purchase of a property. Thanks to Emma and the team for making it such a smooth process!

A very comprehensive report and excellent service from the surveyor and his support team.
Following an unexpected complication in the purchasing process, the surveyor and his team provided reassurance and support and delivered a successful outcome.
A professional organisation which repeatedly demonstrated extremely high standards of performance, and I would strongly recommend them.

The surveyor completed his report quickly after the inspection and was very helpful with further questions that I had.

Excellent company with very responsive communication throughout the process

Process was simple and report was received on same day as valuation

Great service, responded to queries promptly, very helpful

Very quick professional work, excellent after care on helping me read the report, will definitely be using these guys again, thank you guys

Great service provided and survey took place very quickly and very thorough report was also sent quickly. Highly recommend.

I was drawn to CHS for their competitive rates, but was sold by the ease and efficiency of dealing with them - particularly the admin team who kept in communication throughout the process right through to a follow e-mail to check whether I had any queries or concerns. I paid for a level 2 homebuyers survey and valuation after a representative kindly told me I had enquired about a level 3 which probably wasn't required for my purchase, which was re-assuring for me as a first time buyer. Crucially, the whole process was easier and quicker than anticipated: from the initial call, to the booking of site access for the survey, to the turnaround of the report, and a follow up email. I would highly recommend Complete Home Surveys.

Had a Valuation report commissioned. All sorted within a week. Report received within 2 days of inspection. All very professional and happily use the services again

Extremely helpful staff and fast turnaround. We paid for a Level 2 Homebuyer survey and the survey was booked in the very next day. We received our report promptly and it contained a lot of very helpful information. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely use this company again.
