The whole process of getting a quote, booking in the survey, receiving results and having questions answered was absolutely smooth, easy and stress-free thanks to Emma and Sandra. Really great attention to customer service and we'd definitely use Complete Home Surveys again if needed and would recommend them to others.

Emma helped us arrange a RICS HTB valuation within 2 days of first enquiring and then we received our report by the end of that same week.

I recently contacted the team to enquire about a survey and spoke with Emma, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. As first-time buyers, we had several questions, all of which she answered clearly and thoroughly. She also followed up promptly with an email containing all the information we needed.
