Cotswold Surveyors Recensioni

Surveyors now in liquidation
There is a lot to say here - I will try to be brief.
Survey for our purchase undertaken by Charles.
Seemed okish at time of report, but as time has gone on, after the purchase more and more problems are coming out of the woodwork.
Problems that should have been picked up by a competent surveyor.
We approached the firm recently to find out that they have gone into liquidation, although there is a trail of a phoenix with Cotswold Homesurveying.
So what does this tells us ?:
A poor survey
A company in liquidation
A phoenix of sorts
Doesn't this tarnish the reputation of RICS and their so called authorised surveyors.
What does it tell you about these type of operators?

Very thorough level 2 survey. Steve rang me to say how things had gone some recommendations for remedial work followed by a concise thorough report. I rang him with a couple of queries which he was happy to answer.

Efficient, helpful, reasonable price, friendly, responsive and flexible - what more could you want !

Excellent survey report would strongly recommend

Cotswold Surveyors were a pleasure to deal with from our first contact to book a survey, through the contract and price process, to the actual survey and Final Report. The Surveyor rang me in the afternoon after he had completed the Level 2 survey in the morning with a verbal report of his findings. This was followed a week later by a detailed comprehensive Report. I would recommend using their services.

From the first phone call the experience was a positive one. They were quick to book the survey and quick to send the report. Those I spoke to were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. At what can be a stressful time everything went smoothly, thank you!

Very efficient - provided a good headlines on the day of the survey and followed up with a comprehensive report. I found them very customer orientated and knowledge.

We had a great experience with cotswolds surveyor for our level 2 home survey. They took the time to advise us before we contracted with them, recommending we get a structural engineer to check the house before our survey due to the specific concerns we had, even if that could have meant we did not need to use their services in the end. They were also very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Very professional and communicative. Highly recommend.

Excellent debrief call with our surveyor right after the survey, covered everything we needed to be aware of and there were no surprises when we received the full survey report.

I booked a level 2 RICS survey with Cotswold and they were very responsive, friendly and professional from start to finish. The debrief for the surveyor on the day of the survey was very thorough and clear. The same was true for the written report. The whole team were a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend them.

Booking a building survey with Cotswold Surveyors was very straightforward, with the whole process being very efficient throughout. A very comprehensive report was provided as well as a helpful phone call with Charles to discuss the details of the survey. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough survey with a balanced report Just what we needed .The preliminary phone call was a thoughtful touch

A great service from initial contact through to the survey being carried out (I had a half an hour call with the surveyor to speak through any issues they found, giving me the opportunity to ask any questions) through to the written report. Highly recommend and would use again!

I liked the commitment to provide an immediate verbal report (which Guy did very promptly and effectively). The communication with the team prior to and during the instruction was very efficient and they also recommended a very good contact who was able to provide some more specialist leasehold advice. The lead time to the visit was also very reasonable. The final report was thorough and provided assurance that although there were areas of husbandry required there were no "show stoppers". Thank you.

Very professional. Quick results. A thorough job done.

Excellent service, exactly as promised. Very helpful phone call to explain the survey findings, report delivered on time, ongoing support for questions afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Very easy company to deal with as it's all done by email then when you have your survey done you will get a phone call from the surveyor who done survey to explain any issues with the property if find.

We were recommended this company by friends who had a good experience and were really pleased to have employed them for our survey. Every time we contacted them we received a very prompt and clear, helpful response. They communicated with us in a very timely manner after the survey and were good at explaining various things to us.

Cotswold Surveyors were recommended by a local estate agent, and my experience of dealing with them has been refreshing. Good communication in arranging the survey, unhurried telephone discussion of findings immediately after survey, very detailed report and even some gratis advice re property they are not involved with. Overall, and excellent interaction and highly recommend
