Through out complete surveys were very professional and delivered a very high level of service. They answered all questions promptly and kept us informed on what was happening. The final report was far more detailed than I was expecting and was completed within a few days of the survey.
Easy to arrange. The surveyor was very polite and friendly, did a thorough job and we had the results very quickly. We've used them twice now, and would have no hesitation in recommending to others or us using them again when needed.
Excellent report. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how smooth and straightforward the process was. Both Claire and James were fantastic—booking was simple, communication was clear, and the final report was thorough and easy to understand.
