Great service, really fast turnaround from instructing to getting the results and Andrew was really insightful and friendly when explaining the results and the services they provide

Absolutely amazing service and guidance. I am in the process of purchasing a home and required a home buyers survey.
Lou went above and beyond to get me an earlier appointment, she was very professional and very friendly, she understood my urgency in getting a survey completed asap and arranged for a surveyor to be there in the time frame i required.

Phil the surveyor was an absolute diamond! He was kind enough to give me an update call soon after he did the survey and then promptly prepared the report.

Arranged a survey only 9 days after a phone call and the survey report by email 2 days later. A very detailed report pointing out a lot of small problems that we had not seen after twice viewing the property, also reporting on a couple of items we wanted a professional opinion on. Altogether a very good service.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of Avery & Co. Back in January, in the middle of getting quotes for house surveys I found this company. They were the only company not to try and sell me a level 3 survey when we didn’t need it, and also advised us to get a mortgage valuation first prior to doing the survey due to some issues with the house. They were absolutely right as we required a specialist survey prior to the mortgage being accepted. From the initial call, to follow-up calls and our surveyor Karl being on hand to answer any questions, the customer service has been fantastic. They are very knowledgable and also super friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
