I have made loads of purchases over the last 2 years and everything has been fab quality, I live in my BH leggings and they all wash great & wear so well. a couple of times I’ve had to exchange sizes and always found customer services really helpful & friendly and quick to respond. A couple of gifts I ordered before Xmas took a while to arrive because of the Royal Mail strikes but that was to be expected. I emailed customer services and they explained that it had been shipped. It turned out that Royal Mail weren’t updating their tracking info through the strikes as it arrived before the tracking even updated!

Poor quality/Poor service
First of all it took 4 weeks to receive my order. Then when my daughter opened the hoodie on xmas day it was immediately noticable that the stitching on the front was poor and stood out. We took pictures and sent to customer service who denied any problem and then when we asked for an exchange they informed us that the price had since gone up and we would have to pay return postage and any price increase. The return e-mails were a little rude and it appeared that they did not care. We have bought 3 previous products that were not cheap so i had no prior gripe with Black Heart but they have truly lived up to their name providing an inferior product for my child at Christmas. Beware of poor quality and terrible customer service.

I am sorry you had a negative experience with Black Heart Equestrian.
In regards to the delayed delivery of your order, we appreciate how frustrating this may have been but it was unfortunately caught up in the Pre Christmas Royal Mail industrial action strikes. We worked tirelessly to ensure our customers received their items as quickly as possible and we were very pleased that yours arrived within 3 weeks of despatch from our warehouse. We do certainly aim to get items delivered quicker than this and are currently in the process of adding additional delivery options for our customers to prevent this from happening again.
I can see that you purchased the hoodie in our Black Friday sale in November. The stitching you mentioned was identified by ourselves and our manufacturer to be a very small superficial over-stitch that occurred during the changeover of thread upon manufacturing, this did not qualify as a fault however I can see that we offered you an exchange via credit note upon receipt of the item back in our office. I can see that we then offered to replace this item for you which you declined as it had subsequently been worn.
We are very disappointed that a satisfactory solution couldn't be achieved on this occasion.

I have investigated this for you and can see that we responded to all of the emails we received from you. As detailed in our correspondence, the delay in you receiving your order was due to the parcel being with the shipping company at their depot in Denmark awaiting your collection or for you to simply rearrange the delivery following an unsuccessful delivery attempt. We can see that we sent you many follow up emails to check that the parcel had been received and our customer service team worked incredibly hard to try to resolve this for you. We are sorry you felt the need to leave us a negative review despite receiving your parcel not long after this.

Absolutely loving this brand
One of my favorite brands. This is definitely not Erin Williams merch clothing, it’s real equestrian apparel. As a groom, I love how comfy theses clothes are, with the deep pockets and the thumb holes on the sleeves, I put on gloves and no longer have the problem of hay getting stuck everywhere! 😂 Game changer to be honest. I also walk and ride a lot and the seams don't come apart. It's so stretchy that I don't have the problem of changing sizes when I get a bit thicker in winter. The price-quality ratio is excellent, I already have 3 leggings and 3 tops, and I will surely order more, because out of the barn, they are also great clothes to exercise or just Netflix and chill !
Great customer service, on Instagram or emails they always reply fast, so I don’t understand the bad ratings here 🤷🏻♀️

Awful quality clothes, the silicone on the hybrid leggings came off after one ride would not recommend

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your Black Heart Equestrian hybrid breeches.
I can see that during our correspondence it was identified that you had had the hybrid breeches for over 8 months before the silicone issue was brought to our attention.
Our products are heavily tried and tested to ensure maximum longevity and quality. On our hybrid breeches we use a high grade silicone that is built to last. Occasionally if washed or dried incorrectly, silicone can degrade slightly.
We were not aware of any batch issues with our hybrid breeches however if the fault had been brought to our attention at the time - we would've of course replaced these for you. Unfortunately, due to the significant time that had passed and in the absence of any supporting photographs - we could not identify this to be a manufacturer issue.
We appreciate all customer feedback but feel this review is unfair considering the timeframe mentioned above.

Great brand. Delivery was a bit slow but customer service team was very helpful. I think there was postal strikes but the team updated me a lot and I felt valued. Products are nice too.

Amazing quality riding bits
Amazing quality riding bits! I am so so impressed with black heart. I bought some clothes for my daughter for her birthday and they couldn’t be more of a hit (she is refusing to put them in the wash as she wants to wear them all of the time). They are fab quality and so trendy compared to most riding bits. Already planning my next order x

Black heart are legit my fave
Black heart are legit my fave. I just got a second pair of the hybrid jodhpurs and am v happy. Customer service was seamless and I think it was Faye? Who was particularly helpful. Would buy again!!

Owner of this company spends way too much time replying to troll comments on social media rather than replying to genuine enquiries. I've been trying to get a question answered about a particular product and this woman seems to be ignoring people's questions about the brand and instead indulging in trolls' insults. Useless and immature.
