Really awful customer service. We made an order with a total of over €350, it did not arrive and the parcel got sent back to their warehouse. They have now said they won’t refund us or send the clothing out again and all they can do is offer us a small discount on our next order (highly offensive, cheeky and would never order from them again!) and so we have lost €350. We are going to do a chargeback to get our money back with the bank. Having an online business myself, I find this totally unacceptable and appalling to treat a customer like this, and to leave a customer with no money and no items is just mind boggling. Between my friend and I we have 5 daughters who all horse ride and so they have lost out on 5 customers.
*Update*
You will not show us the DHL receipt. They have apparently charged you £277 for the return shipment which very conveniently converts to 320 euros which is the exact amount of our order minus the express shipping. You have not been charged customs as we have contacted Seville customs who have confirmed you did not get charged/paid the customs as the item did not stay in Spain. So where is this receipt of £277 that DHL have charged you?? How can you leave a customer with no items and no refund. This is just to warn other customers because this will happen again and the outcome is not good. You have profited from this because you still have the clothing so you have lost nothing. We however have lost €380. Do you think this is right? Would you be happy with this if you were the customer??

Ordered from them a few times - from the start the team have been brilliant in helping to get the right size etc. Aside from the super helpful and friendly team, the quality of the items is great - everything fits well, is extremely functional and the fabric feels great and lasts long. Highly recommend BHE for every item being both practical AND stylish.

The Blackheart Equestrian Team are top notch when it comes to customer service. Over Christmas, they checked in with me daily on the status of package stuck in customs and even reached out to the courier to see if there was anything that could be done. I’ve always had an amazing interaction with their support team. And their products are really high quality! The materials are really nice, compressive (which my daughter loves) and wash extremely well - even the dirt from cross country. You won’t be disappointed with a purchase from BHE. And woman owned!! What’s not to love?

I ordered some lounge shorts and washed them once to find them go all patchy. Send BHE an email to have a negative outcome basically saying it’s my washing omg I have been washing clothes for 40 years plus I think I know how to wash clothes.
I have passed this onto trading standards.
If I could give a 0 I surely would customer service is non existent.

I have ordered many of the hybrid legging and I absolutely love them! Will definitely be getting more colours. so comfy super stretchy and the fact they have pockets is a massive bonus.
I also have 2 of the bubble hoodies which are so soft and the material is also stretchy. Have to be careful when washing and not to put them in the drier as they can shrink!
But fab company and top quality products and the only place I get my riding leggings from!

Love blackheart been ordering from them for a few years now and seeing the progress of there band grow has been amazing, there quality has definitely got better and better!
Hybrids are lovely i would suggest sizing up but apart from that ive never had a issue! Customer service has always been lovely if i had any questions!
I have supported the brand for a long time and will continue to support the band!

If I could give 0 I would. Customer Services non existent. Ordered November for Christmas, arrived into Ireland and the customs wasn't filled out right so it was sent back to the Vendor. I emailed Black Heart who advised to place another order and wait for a refund, as it was a Christmas present I said I couldn't take the chance and would like a refund. Tracked the order and it was delivered back to them 19 December. Emailed them yesterday, asked where my refund was. Bear in mind was €180. They sent me a gift card for £135.83 sterling. I didn't want a gift card, I want a refund to my card I never received the goods!!! It's nearly 2 months since I placed the order and they are trying to say because I ordered black Friday it's in their terms and conditions. No chance. I have given them 7 days for full refund or I will contact my credit card company and let them deal with it. Imagine trying to give me a gift card when they couldn't even get the goods to me in the first place! I had to buy child's presents elsewhere. I do not want a gift card.
Editing this to say I finally received my full refund. It was not however without a fight. Every single email I sent stated it was not a return but still got nowhere. It was only when I put this up here that the problem was resolved finally. My problem is that people who wouldn't know their rights would get stung with a gift card and probably not even receive the goods from that either. Really need to sort out filling out the customs forms properly.

Oh my gosh guys, wow! First time I brought black heart products was at badminton this year when I purchased the khaki and black flex leggings, so so comfy! But I saved up and brought myself the black Cara hybrids, black mesh training top and black sculpture jacket and I don’t want to change out of it. I’ve always had such sensitive skin and some materials rub me and give me a rash, black heart products have saved me and my riding, I now enjoy going to the yard in my riding attire knowing I’ll be 100% comfy and breathable. Just thankyou. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

I’ve got two pairs of the Black Hybrids, the Damson leggings, the Green leggings, the Black baselayer, the Pink and Black socks, one of the three-quarter zips, and a hoodie, and honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. 🪽🖤
Everything is so comfortable, super cute, and I get compliments on the daily and I would not ride in anything else, the last countless washes and still keep their stunning look . I honestly can't recommend them enough! Can’t wait to grab more from them soon!🖤

The girls managing the bhe social media are prompt and helpful in answering any questions I had about sizing and the products. I put in an international order from australia and they shipped my parcel within 24 hours! I was super hesitant to purchase as changing size or refunding international orders can be painful to do, but the sizing is very true to size. As someone who HATES silicone (been riding in suede for 10+ years) as I find they get too sticky to the saddle and inhibits any movement, the cara hybrids were truly the perfect amount of sticky and they rode just like suede/cotton. The sleeveless base layer is fantastic. If you are a fan of suede breeches or just hate realy sticky silicone I recommend the cara hybrids!! It would be amazing if BHE could make the cara hybrids with just knee grip for the girlies who aren't a huge silicone fan, but still they are great!

Emily at Black Heart Equestrian was AMAZING! After my embarrassing mistake, she was still so kind & helpful. Turns out my phone's location was set to Canada, not the US, & it looked as if though there were large price increases overnight. She took the time to find the problem & in a timely manor as well! As an eventer, my daughter is IN LOVE with their brand. The quality of their items are above all, & it doesn't hurt to look super cute while doing it! I love how personal they are with their buyers as well. Only selling through their website & social media makes it a much more personal experience. Their live streams are great too! You can see the clothing on before you purchase & request different styles for them to model! Ask questions about sizing & material ect. What an amazing idea!

Tried this brand for the first time and I have to say I love it! The shipping was so quick and the product is amazing. It was also a lovely touch that they hand write your name on a thank you for ordering card too. I got the truffle hybrids and they are lovely. The fit is true to size and super stretchy and comfortable I will definitely be purchasing these in a few more colours.
