Poor quality and customer service. My daughter has a base layer that, after less than 5 months of very infrequent wear, now has 4 holes in it where the metal logo has come away. Always washed as per instructions and have been told that this not a manufacturing defect and refused a refund or exchange. 15% was offered as a refund ! Clearly not fit for purpose.

I absolutely love BHE! The clothes fit amazing and offer the versatility I need to be ready to ride but also comfortable enough to do yoga, hike, or lounge in. And the staff is amazing, twice I’ve had questions about shipping or sizing and they have helped me right away!

Black Heart Equestrian is such an amazing brand run by the most amazing people. The customer service is amazing. Their products are so good and they are by far the best equestrian brand out there 🖤

I recently order the Black Heart Equestrian Softshell jacket in black during their sale but when it arrived (very quickly might I add) it was sadly too small so I emailed and asked for an exchange! I was so please tjat they were able to get back to me within 2 days of sending back my parcel and it was so easy to exchange! Some places make returns/exchanges very difficult and I’m so thankful this was not the case! Phenomenal customer service Black Heart! Will definitely be buying some more clothing again!

Comfy activewear that is forgiving enough to be flattering even on days you feel bloated.

Black Heart make the BEST riding leggings. So comfy and the fit is fantastic. I love the range of colours available and I am a regular return customer as the quality is great. The customer service team are also wonderful!

I had the best customer experience with Blackheart Equestrian. The website was user friendly, their clothes arrived quickly and were exactly how described and seen on the website. I am now a repeat order customer and have been very happy every single time, with my leggings and hybrids wearing very well. In fact I have a a few pairs of leggings I have used for 5 years now and they still look great! I highly recommend this company!

Scam company. U pay tax on checkout, but u have to pay tax later again on pickup. Wont make up for they mistake,even postal service tells me to keep requesting refund because blackheart marked the package wrong. Racist customer service, blaming it on language barrier when its not. Wost customer service on the planet. No apologizing for their mistakes, they just wanna argue with their customers. Their clothes are super thinn and feel super cheap. 100% not worth it.

Ordered some riding leggings in the Black Friday sale, when they arrived there was a note in the parcel to say no refunds accepted.
The leggings were 'winter weight' and there was advice on the site to say size up 1 size as the material is slightly tighter. I'm usually an XS so I order a size S.
The leggings would fit a small 10 year old. They are not as stated at all and have been falsely advertised as women's leggings. I have taken photos of these leggings laying on top of another two pairs I own in smaller sizes - XS. My XS leggings come up so much larger than the Blackheart ones in a S. In order for these leggings to fit me I'd need them in an XL or bigger, which I have never been.

I returned the leggings and requested a refund due to the false advertisement and was told I could have a credit note. Unfortunately I do not want to buy anything from this company ever again due to sizing being so way out and items being mis-sold, so do not want a credit note.

I have emailed 3 times now with no response. Customer service is shocking, avoid this company!

I found this brand through Tiktok, after some deliberation I decided to order the Damson set. Unfortunately my package got stuck at the Belgian customs. After a week a waiting, I decided to contact customer service. They helped me a lot to figure out what was going on. We gave each other updates on the situation, keeping both of us informed. Last Friday my package arrived. Once I put on the set, my enthusiasm couldn’t stop. This is the softest riding clothing I’ve ever felt. I’ve never felt more feminine going to the barn. Saturday I decided to put on the set for my riding lesson, as the ultimate test. I’ve never felt this comfortable before! For me this is the best equestrian brand, I won’t order my riding clothes anywhere else. Both the clothing and the customer service are of the best quality❤️ I will order very soon again

Super super super happy with all my black heart purchases. Fantastic quality, I wear my hybrids on a daily basis as I work with horses and they are super quality and very durable. After a few hold ups due to postal strikes the company kept me updated and answered any questions I had regarding the delivery being late.
10 out of 10 for customer service, and the quality of the clothes. For competition and everyday equine clothing I wouldnt shop anywhere else now!

Absolutely amazing!! The shipping may be slowed due to strikes but the quality and comfortability of these clothes is amazing! I am insecure about my body, but the outfits at black heart equestrian make me feel more confident. Even better is that they are perfect for horse riding and no joke the pockets are just wonderful!! 10/10 would recommend to both equestrians or anyone looking for good quality, comfortable sports wear/clothes/ etc

Me and my daughter attended the London International Horse Show in December and bought from ‘Black Heart Equestrian’ - let me say this brand is fantastic! Brilliant service from the staff, and the quality of the clothing is incredible. My daughter has worn her hybrids more times than I can count and they are just as good as when I bought them (and I’m sure if you have a child that rides you know how quickly they go through clothes). Also ordered more for Christmas prezzies and customer service was excellent with helping me track my order. Very impressed, well done to Erin Williams for creating such an incredible brand. 5 stars

Absolutely wonderful company that produces high quality equestrian wear! I have purchased here many times and I can't fault the quality and fit that their clothing provides, I barely wear anything else now when riding!
There is a large range of everything you need and informative socials which showcase lots of their products, I am always so excited to receive my order following placing one :)
Additionally, if there has ever been an issue, which hasn't been often, they have always done their best to resolve any altercation with informative emails and high standard service. Their patience has been greatly appreciated if I was ever unsure on what something meant and needed further clarification.

I can't rate this business enough and I am excited to see what is to come in the future with new product releases.

Such an amazing company their products are brilliant quality and have lasted me a extremely long time. I love how they fit They have an amazing range of colours to pick from as well to fit everybody’s different styles and a great sizing range. which I love as definitely they stand out within the equestrian industry. I also met them at a couple horse shows last year the team is lovely and they are extremely helpful and lovely to chat to xxx
