Berry Chiswick BMW Recensioni 

Bought a car from here in March 2023 and was told soon after via email that I had 2 years' warranty included. When I subsequently had the car serviced by another dealership they said there is no record of the warranty. I contacted Berry Chiswick regarding this and got no response for around 5 weeks. When I did finally get a response I was told I had only a 12 month warranty. I queried this and to date have yet to receive a definitive answer (despite contacting the manager) on the situation or why I was originally assured in writing that I have a 2 year warranty.

Fantastic team, dedicated to getting you a good deal that meets your budget and expectations. The test drive was quick and easy to arrange. Sam and Pritesh were excellent in making sure I didn't walk away without the car and deal I wanted. It was fantastic teamwork, and the level of service you would expect buying a new car.

Modestas was excellent, he understood my requirement for the new car, he was very helpful and even sorted out a test drive on the day without prior booking.
He gave me several options for card with the options I needed and with his manager Melissa, they gave me a deal that was just perfect for my budget.
I am looking for to collecting my new car soon.

Lucas at Berry Chiswick Today Gave me some Good Advice on my out of place rear view mirror he was very prompt and helpful on the phone and called me immediately after sending him photos of the fallen rear view mirror.

I did the service with them on Oct 16th and was advised that the wipers are not in good condition. They told me I could come back later when ready for repair.

On Nov 6th, I sent them an email asking for ordering the parts and booking an appointment for fix, but had received no response in 3 days. Later I gave them a call. It wasn't the lady I emailed answering, but said will pass my message to her. An then no response for another 2 days...

I then sent a follow up email on Nov 10th, and no response ...

I didn't want to complain until I called again on Nov 13th, and bad luck it was still not the lady that I emailed answering my call, however this colleague promised again she will pass my message. Again no response until now...

This BMW Berry Chiswick seems very unorganized and unprofessional. It makes me feel even doubted whether they have carried the service work properly.

We had a great customer service from Mirel at Chiswick BMW. He remained friendly, polite and professional at all times, helping us to make the right decision buying our new car. He has an air of calm about him which turned my stress into smiles.
Outstanding Service

I received a response to my enquiry from Richard Burton on the same day. He was super accommodating and managed to book me In for a test drive in the vehicle I enquired about.
The sale was closed within a couple of days. He really listened to what I was looking for in my car search and the whole process was really swift, professional and reassuring.

Tried to charge me £920 for my car service + MOT when in fact The BMW APP had it listed at £620. If I didn’t know, I would’ve paid an additional £300 on an already overpriced service!

I have proof in the text they sent me as well as the corrected figure after I called them out on it.
