Fantastic service!
What a great experience from start to finish, Anthony and then Adam really looked after me, I'll not go anywhere else in future. I travelled 4 hours to get there to pick up my car but it was well worth it for such a great and personal service.

Dissapointed!
Whilst i was generally happy with my purchase, the car was not as advertised and has left me with a bitter taste. The vehicle was advertised as having a sliding panoramic roof, however, it turns out that was not the case so they extended the warranty. I was also advised it had a ghost immobiliser via video (although this was not on the actual description). They are not prepared to do anything about this. Please be careful when buying a vehicle from here and ensure what you are buying is actually correct.

A genuine advertising error was identified during your viewing of the vehicle, before any purchase was completed. The car itself had been photographed correctly with its fixed panoramic roof, but we fully understand how the mistake in the written specification caused disappointment.
I personally apologised at the time and offered either a goodwill contribution towards the purchase or a full refund, including support with your travel costs, should the vehicle no longer have been suitable. You chose to proceed with the purchase with full clarity on the revised specification, and we also provided a complimentary warranty as an additional gesture.
We absolutely appreciate your frustration, and we remain committed to putting things right. If the vehicle is still not suitable for you, we are more than willing to offer a full refund on your purchase. As a family-run business, our priority is always to ensure our customers feel looked after, supported, and confident in their experience with us.

Collected a car from Auto100 today. This company shows the motor trade what customer service is. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The presentation of the car being purchased was excellent. Both Chris, who did the initial sale, and Terry who did the handover, were brilliant, being both professional and friendly.

Once again an amazing end to end experience.
Part exchanged the BMW M4 Comp that I purchased 2 & half years ago against a Porsche Cayenne.
Anthony gave me a brilliant offer for my car ;-) more than I was expecting so thanks!!
Collected the car today and the whole process was smoothly handled by Adam just like he has in the past.

Great Experience

Had a lovely experience buying my car today. The guys at Auto100 were very friendly and made the process extremely easy and stress free. My car had been prepared to an excellent level. Some awesome cars there on display! Hopefully I'll get some worry free motoring for a couple of years and I'll definitely be looking to go back, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another from them if they have what I'll be looking for at that time.
