From first contact to last we had excellent service from initial contact with Ryan and on the day we dealt with Terry whom was very accommodating from showing us the vehicle and running through all the paperwork. His knowledge and service was outstanding and a credit to the company.

I have dealt with Auto 100 on 2 vehicle…
I have dealt with Auto 100 on 2 vehicle purchases the first that was a porsche macan which I can honestly can say was a fantastic car with perfect history.
My wife decided that she wanted to go back to her old car an evoque her favourite car.so I thought what a perfect time for me to have a toy .so I contacted them to buy a porsche cayman gts which was unmarked with great history so I entered into a deal which I was happy with and selected the collection day.
I then collected the 2 seater car and drove home with a big smile on my face.
Having been out of the country alot after driving it home I had not driven the car at all.
So decided I would go for a weekend spin to be met with a warning notice on the dash.
So not perfect I contact the blue chip warranty company which had provided 3 months warranty on the car to be told that I would have to get the car accessed and provide them with a quote .
So I paid £200 to have the car moved to the closest porsche specialist how provided blue chip with a quote.
By this time I had paid the full invoice so I could have my car back expecting to be refunded by blue chip
How wrong was I they paid me just under £400 pounds so including the car transporter it had cost me £1200 to drive my new car home I did get a good will gesture from auto 100 of £200 so it had cost me £600 to drive my new car home.
So the warning I give you all make sure you read every word of the warranty because its not worth the paper it's written when you buying a 46k mid life crisis toy.

A fantastic company
What a great company! I bought a car from these guys a couple months ago and it was a very professional and pleasurable experience. The car is fantastic, but developed a minor fault. The issue was addressed by their warranty insurer, but sadly the part needed was not covered by the policy. That said the sales guys were really helpful and we were able to get the issue quickly resolved. A special thanks to Jordan P who made the whole sales and subsequent claim process run so smoothly. A top notch company.

Great Service from a Professional Team at Auto100. Both Simon & Adam were very welcoming from the word go, initial phone call to onsite face to face meeting and viewing of the vehicle. The whole purchasing process was hassle free and smooth. Highly recommended.

Negligent Scammers!
One star almost seems too generous for this god awful scamming company.
We bought a Range Rover Sport from them 6 months ago and after just 3 days of owning the car we contacted them regarding issues we were already facing with the car such as an engine light on, sensor issue and clear liquid constantly leaking from the back of the car onto our driveway, alongside a suspension fault. They offered to help and pay for the issues as we had a warranty on the car and once we had a private repair undertaken and contacted them to reimburse us as promised we were ignored by Simon.
Fast forward 6 months myself, my partner, our 3 year old and 6month old baby broke down on the M11 due to a rear differential failure which cost us over £400 to get us and the car home and quoted £3000+ to have this fixed by our mechanic. We again contacted them and explained the issue as our mechanic said this should not be happening and is a long presenting issue which had caused the original clear liquid leaking mentioned to the company 3 days post purchase we were met with the most vile customer service.
We spent a whole day chasing Sales director Tom Barcroft to be spoken to like complete rubbish who was verging on abusive and shouting at us down the phone as we tried to explain the issue. He then told us our proof of issues after just 3 days was not enough for him to care or even entertain helping us and it was our problem and to leave them alone. We looked at all previous MOTs of the car and could see that the issue was clearly present a year prior to us purchasing the car however we were once again told he didn’t care and wasn’t interested as they have a great monthly turn over so clearly weren’t the problem.
This company is completely negligent and sell cars that do not meet the satisfactory trading standards and we are now having to take legal action against them. Do not make the mistake of purchasing from them and being scammed!

Don't trust service records provided by this company
First car viewed was perfectly presented, and viewing in Winchester was as good as it could have been. We decided against the car, however only on the basis of colour.
Based on perception of Auto 100, we selected another of their cars to view, which unfortunately had a service missing, bit when their salesman, Simon, sent dates of three services out of 4, with the third missing, we took a view that this should have been OK, and travelled over 200 miles with the intention to purchase. I asked for copy of service book, which was sent later in the day before i travelled. However, the service book showed only an oil change, instead of a £1000 Porsche Service.
Simon said it was clear that the car only had an oil change, but this was, for him, an "service".
I rejected this as being unreasonable on a £35,000 car, particularly as the salesman said he was always aware that the "service" was an oil change only, but never informed me.
Don't want to do business with company like this and drove away.
Beware of statements from this company.
Just for the record, I have replied to Auto 100 response with conclusive documentary evidence that my review did not misrepresent events.
