Fantastic service from A& E leisure staff. After purchasing an awning from them but finding out the awning had been discontinued they found me a better awning and the sales team were fantastic. Phoning me personally to go through the purchase.

The customer service was excellent, on receiving the items I bought online i noticed one had a small break. I called on the Fri and by the Mon I was told that a replacement hose would be sent out shortly. By Wed it had turned up. Excellent prices, excellent service and excellent communication. I will definitely use them again.

So I bought a 3k awning last year..I contacted ae leisure to try and address the issues. Which were the bowing of the inflatable bladders on my awning. I took videos...photos...gave description after description...It was out of season and we were then told they wanted more information.. we've since due to caravan age had to renew...we can't use the very expensive awning, different size caravan...like most sales places. .Happy to help....impossible to deal with when there's a problem...and trying to ring then is dead end
**my reply** I sent photos, video clips written descriptions.. no matter what I sent it wasn't enough...if you want to resolve this you have my details, im not a troll I don't want hassle I want resolution. I'm sick of jumping through hoops

After an upsetting 1st day of the season when our Awning ripped along the roof from the wind while setting up. Found an ex demo one on A&E leisure rang them just before closing on Sunday.

Another great experience ordering from this family run business. I had some confusion about when my order was going to be delivered so I emailed Joe one evening and he surprised me by replying almost straight away.
