Ordered Atlantis awning DL
Ordered Atlantis awning, free carpet and discounted veranda pole. Saving over £116 + collection from our local camping shop.
Arrived within specified time, thought I had an issue with veranda pole missed but awning came from supplier, pole from A&E leisure. Email comms spot on, I would also add: use the chat bot, I hate them normally, but you actually go to a real person.
I ended my chat abruptly when I realised I’d been emaile and got a call back very quickly asking if I had any problems.
Will most likely buy the annex next year from them (couldn’t quite stretch budget this year)

Fast delivery and demonstrating care for their customers
I ordered a JetBoil and it was delivered within 48 hours by FedEx. I was not only impressed with the fast delivery, but the fact the company reached out to ensure everything was ok with my order and I had no issues with it. You can tell this is a family run business, just by the care they show to their customers.

Customer Care Second to None!
Wow, absolutely brilliant company. I would say one of the best if not THE best online. Nothing was to much gor them when I asked questions and ordered. The delivery was second to none, I put in quite a sizeable order and it was delivered within 24 hours. A little bit of customer care was enjoyed from an sbsolutely lovely e-mail from the owners of A&E Leisure. I cannot rate this company highly enough, absolutely spot on customer care. I cannot ate the product until I have set-up sometime in February, I will rate after then.

Super simple to shop online, the delivery was very quick and a nice price for my tent made this a very nice and easy transaction. The follow up from A&E was a very nice touch.

Great communications, I had unknowingly ordered an additional ground sheet and they got in touch to inform me and offered a refund. They could of easily just fulfilled the ordered and made more money. This is what good business looks like
