So I bought a 3k awning last year..I…

So I bought a 3k awning last year..I contacted ae leisure to try and address the issues. Which were the bowing of the inflatable bladders on my awning. I took videos...photos...gave description after description...It was out of season and we were then told they wanted more information.. we've since due to caravan age had to renew...we can't use the very expensive awning, different size caravan...like most sales places. .Happy to help....impossible to deal with when there's a problem...and trying to ring then is dead end
**my reply** I sent photos, video clips written descriptions.. no matter what I sent it wasn't enough...if you want to resolve this you have my details, im not a troll I don't want hassle I want resolution. I'm sick of jumping through hoops

I hope you are well.

I have looked into your case and I can confirm that this was picked up by our customer service team in October, who had raised the issue to the respective manufacturer.

The manufacturer requested photos of the awning from the exterior to see how the awning was pitched. When we requested this from yourself, the response was "awning has been collapsed now and caravan is going into storage for the winter." and we then never heard back from you on this.

To progress warranty claims with the respective manufacturers efficiently, we have to provide the necessary information when asked, otherwise we simply cannot progress.

We would still love to help you and would be more than willing to raise this with the manufacturer but we would need the information they requested back in October.
