I ordered the Isabella footrests straight away and received them the next day...Very impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Nice welcome from the staff. After I explained that I wanted to compare 2 different porch awnings the sales clerk asked me to wait in the showroom. After about 10 minutes she brought the 2 porch awnings in from the warehouse to me for comparison. Both in their original packaging. After I chose the awning I wanted, the purchase went through smoothly and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Excellent and curtious service throughout.

I'd ordered a Quest Bordeaux camping chairs from here. The order process was easy with next day free delivery. The chair was amazing quality and the cheapest price I had seen for this chair. The delivery was excellent....prompt and free. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I bought two windbreaks, good quality and subtle colour, very pleased with them. I have was really surprised how quickly they arrived, it must have only been 24hrs or so. Haven’t tried them out yet but will do so in March when I’m away caravanning

I ordered 2 items which were damaged in the post by EVRI. EVRI were no use, but when I contacted UK C&L they were so helpful and within hours they had dispatched one item that they could replace and at the same time they issued a refund for the item no longer in stock. I cannot fault their service, it was first-class and I would definitely reorder from them again.

Purchased Shurflo water pump for my motorhome at very good price but unfortunately it arrived very poorly packaged with little protection to pump inside flimsy cardboard box

I purchased 2 Sunn camp sleeping bags, baubles pattern.
Super fast despatch and delivery, I bought them to make a double to take in our caravan and I was worried the sleeping bags would be too restrictive, they are huge! And great quality!

Ordered a roof rack for my car which i thought was a bargain until it arrived and turned out to be the wrong type. Wouldn't fit my roof rails at all. When I emailed the company I was told it was the correct roof rack just unsuitable for my car. I had given them all the details they needed ( make, model, doors, year, reg etc ) but they said it was what the manufacturer specified then told me I needed a different model quoting the model number. When I asked if they could send me postage so I could send the wrong one back, I was told in no uncertain terms that I would have to pay the postage back and I would be refunded my payment (less the £2.99 initially postage). I said I dont want a refund, I want the roof rack I paid for. They absolutely perused to help me in any way. I had to pay £14 postage to send it back and still ended up with no roof rack. This company is a joke. Do not use, their customer service is crap. They will not help you even when they are standard fault. Not a happy bunny 😡😡

The goods I ordered were not in stock, I only found out when they did not arrive, when I chased I was simply told my order had been cancelled with no apology, my refund should be in my account in 3-5 days, it wasn’t, I had to chase 2 more times before refund was received.
Customer service is not good
Will not be using again.
