Staff could not have been more helpful. Tried for weeks to find a replacement airbeam for my tent. There wasnt one in stock but they contacted the company and sorced one for us. Received phone call less than 48hrs. Thank you and will definitely buy our new tent from them when we've need a new one. Thank you

Atwoolls has everything you could want in a camping store. I spent many hours reading about different drive away awnings and all my questions were answered in 20 minutes if being in the store. So many on display. They even price matched a company that had the product on sale

There was a slight manufacturing issue with the product. The after care from Andrew was exceptional

We drove down from Nottinghamshire and it was worth the drive. Lots of tents to look at, the staff were very helpful but left us to look. When we asked for help Martin listened to what we wanted and then went through our options. Again no pushy sales left us to think about what he had showed us and then came back so we could chat through pros and cons and what we were thinking. We ended up with the perfect tent for us, lots of additional features and we can't wait to go camping. Thank you again Martin we cannot recommend this place enough

Having bought what we thought was the perfect tent from Attwoolls we discovered that it did not really meet our needs after a very wet and windy week’s camping in Wales. We pointed this out to the company and were immediately offered a new deal and a different tent, with some very helpful advice. We could not be happier with both the outcome and the support provided by Attwoolls, for which we are very grateful.

Excellent customer service. A Vango tent I ordered was delivered damaged. Once returned a replacement new tent arrived within 2 days just in time for a camping weekend. Excellent customer service all round plus the tent was the best price on the market. Thanks to Andrew in customer service

On Thursday 14th August I visited Attwoolls Whitminster and bought a camping chair, and I have to say that the gentleman I dealt with on this occasion ( unfortunately I don’t have his name but he has a beard ) was so helpful and professional .Being disabled I was not able to carry said chair to my car, but this gentleman was glad to carry it for me and even CAREFULLY placed it in the car for me, unfortunately, due to a manufacturing issue I had to return the chair yesterday 18th, on this occasion I dealt with Mr John Attwoolls son, and I have to say that he was as equally polite and professional.
Many grateful thanks to both members of staff, and you can be assured, that if I need anything camping related in future then I won’t hesitate to return to this company.

Very disappointed in customer services, we bought a awning and took it out to check it was ok, we found it was not what we needed and attempted to return it, we were then told as it had been taken out of the box and opened up we couldn't return it... total waste of money!

Impressive shop with huge range of tents on display. Everything you need at really competitive prices.

Absolutely superb range of products and after sales service/knowledge that are second to none. Bought an Outwell airbeam tent about 7 years ago, had several issues in the first two years but Attwools sorted them for us via the manufacturer. A few years ago the air release valves started leaking but rather than charge me for new ones, Chris talked me through ‘realigning’ them after Outwell had failed to respond to
my enquiries. This year the valves didn’t respond to realignment and I couldn’t source any new ones online. Phoned Attwools, Chris immediately suggested an alternative brand and even sent out some examples with no charge. These have been fitted and are better than original. I can once again sleep in my tent with both eyes closed 😊. A massive thanks to Chris and Attwools

Brilliant customer service from Mike at Attwoolls Outdoors.
Mike took a great deal of time to talk through the various awning options suitable for my Westfalia Columbus Campervan — not an easy task given the length of the wind-out canopy rail and the positioning of the sliding doors. His knowledge in this area is second to none. The YouTube videos produced by Mike at Attwoolls, both product reviews and setup guides, are also incredibly helpful. Combined with their very competitive pricing, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Attwoolls Outdoors. 😊👍

I came across Attwoolls through watching A Vlog via YouTube, I spent some time watching various ranges of air awnings and options available. It didn't take long to find the awning that suited us, Mikes Vlogs are very informative and all options are explained that can be available for each product. We thought the dog was a great addition 😊 he loves a frisbee/ball.

I followed the link to the website and to our surprise we found ourselves a deal, a steal, a sale of the century 😎 the bundle offer was an absolute no brainer, we have everything we need and more for our new Dometic Air Ace 400 s.

We bought an Isabella awning last autumn from Attwoolls, which we were delighted with. However, we had a problem with the awning whilst on a three month tour of Spain. Andrew in Aftersales was brilliant, contacting Isabella, who offered to ship a replacement part to us in Spain. Outstanding aftersales service from Andrew in the first instance, as well as Isabella.

We don't live locally to the Attwoolls store, but if you're looking for a great selection of awnings and accessories, it's well worth a visit, and you really can't go wrong. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

But as I said earlier, the aftersales' service is second to none, which these days, is rare. Five stars.

Visited store last year and liked the Telta range of awnings. Changed our caravan this year and decided to invest in a new air awning. Although we had set our minds on a Telta porch the advice and guidance given by very knowledgeable staff convinced us. The awning and other accessories were prepared ready for collection on the following day and we were offered and accepted 9 month interest free credit. Very simple process and all staff were very helpful. Will definitely visit the store again as their stock and range is second to none.
Now three months after purchase we have used the awning on several occasions and we are sure we made the right decision.

Big thanks to Andrew at Aftersales contacted him regarding issue with failure to air beam on Isabella Air Cirrus awning, prompt action and good communication from Andrew as he arranged with Isabella to post replacement item to a Post Office local to where we were camping.

5 star service. After finding item I wanted on their website could not get postage to free although over £100 order (due to Scottish highlands), a call to their landline and answered by Dawn, super helpful, attentive, understanding and very supportive. After checking with management advised order online for click and collect, provide order number and all sorted! Excellent customer service and highly recommended! Well impressed, they even called me back to check I had the additional equipment required as not ordered. Wow. Above and beyond!!!

I got in touch with Andrew at Aftersales regarding an issue we had with our Isabella canopy. He helped us out by getting in touch with Isabella and arranged collection, repair and return. This was all done within a week which was a fantastic turn around. We are so pleased with the service from Andrew. Would recommended 100%. Thank you again for your help.

Very dissapointed with Attwoolls communications. Phoned the shop to inquire about buying tents for Scouts, told to email and then no response.
Obviously went elsewhere!
