Misleading courier information
I ordered a printer relying on a reliable courier as per the website, next day delivery. The despatch email still showed the original courier but the small print showed a different one to the original. Upon ordering, I had to tick the box for next day delivery with DPD, which I did. DPD offer a hour delivery window, we'd which is why I opted to go with this company. However, on the day of delivery I received a text from another company saying my package would arrive anytime between 8.30 am and 6pm, later in the day, another text to say the delivery could be up to 9.30pm!
Needless to say, nothing arrived that day. The following day, no text or email but the delivery turned up out of the blue around lunchtime. I had contacted customer services of 3dprima and they were not very helpful to say the least, other than to provide me with the phone number of the courier. I feel fobbed off and will not be using their services again. Delivery slots are very important to most people and cannot hang around all day waiting for a delivery which may not happen.
