Misleading courier information

I ordered a printer relying on a reliable courier as per the website, next day delivery. The despatch email still showed the original courier but the small print showed a different one to the original. Upon ordering, I had to tick the box for next day delivery with DPD, which I did. DPD offer a hour delivery window, we'd which is why I opted to go with this company. However, on the day of delivery I received a text from another company saying my package would arrive anytime between 8.30 am and 6pm, later in the day, another text to say the delivery could be up to 9.30pm!
Needless to say, nothing arrived that day. The following day, no text or email but the delivery turned up out of the blue around lunchtime. I had contacted customer services of 3dprima and they were not very helpful to say the least, other than to provide me with the phone number of the courier. I feel fobbed off and will not be using their services again. Delivery slots are very important to most people and cannot hang around all day waiting for a delivery which may not happen.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re sorry to hear that there was a problem with the delivery. Right now, we are doing our best to pack and ship out orders as quickly as we can.
We book shipments with DPD, and they then choose the best delivery method for each country.
Our customer service provided you with the courier’s contact information because we cannot answer detailed questions about the delivery once the package has left our warehouse.

Hope you got the package without any further concerns.

What a terrible company to deal with

What a terrible company to deal with. The operators claim they cannot hear you and hang up. Nobody speaks clear English, they appear to be in a call centre with lots of background noise. We ordered and paid for an item on 1st October, which is apparently still sat in the yodel depot. Was promised that the item was on the delivery vehicle on Sunday but the tracking shows it is still at the depot. Requested a refund and now told it will be 14 days from first raising the late arrival. No joy whatsoever from customer service. Terrible experience, will not use this company again, ever.

I had made enquiries with a few letting agents regarding potential marketing of my mother's property. I chose number 1 because they were very open and helpful regarding the fees and how they operated. All the staff have been so efficient. Within two days of advertising, they had enquiries from several potential tenants and on day three I had a good choice of selection.
So as a result, my rental has new tenants, with all checks in place within 5 weeks from start to finish, which I think is pretty amazing. No hassle along the way and I was kept informed with everything via email and phone calls. I was always able to speak to the staff with any query and they could deal with it. 10/10

This is possibly the worst company I…

This is possibly the worst company I have ever had experience with. I took a plan out at the beginning of October. The initial payment was taken from my debit card immediately. However, the sim card did not arrive and after 7 days attempted to contact lyca, initially via a phone call. After being on hold for 50 minutes, eventually someone answered but they were extremely hard to understand as their English was extremely poor. However, I did manage to gather that their system had suffered a cyber attack allegedly and I should be patient. Another week went by and still nothing arrived, not even an email. I tried calling again and the option to speak to an agent seemed to have been removed from the options. Several emails later I eventually received a usual bog standard 'sorry you are leaving us' email from their complaints dept. Another ten days have passed and no refund as yet, so I will have to deal with it via my bank.

Hopeless customer service.
I purchased two mobile phones online which came with 6 month's free Disney plus. Activation was supposed to be via a code which should have been emailed within 5 days of purchase. This never arrived and I have had a different answer from every agent that I spoke to. The agents are very difficult to hear and understand, even the "live chat" people take an absolute age to respond. I wanted this promotion to arrive in time for Christmas, and expected that ordering a month ago would enable this. Still no code today on Christmas eve. A very disappointing experience from a large company.

My experience with this company is…

My experience with this company is appalling. My mother recently passed away and had life cover with this shower of uncaring incompetents. I have made several phone calls to them regarding the policy and have been on hold for up to two hours at a time. I get the impression that they are part of the work from home brigade, sat at home in their underpants whilst the real world carries on outside. As other reviews have said, they seem uncaring and delay sending paperwork out to claim on policies. A truly horrible experience.

Orius or Orino?

I purchased a battery which had a lifetime warranty. £170 commercial battery /It failed to hold charge after 18 months, so I presumed that the seller would honour the claim.(the seller confirmed that the warranty would be upheld), I returned the battery at my own expense and it was confirmed that it was faulty. So far so good.
I was then given the runaround from being offered a replacement or refund, which initially I asked for the replacement. Then when it didn't arrive, I asked for a tracking number, that wasn't provided either. I then asked for a refund. Two weeks later I was asked for my PayPal address to facilitate the refund. This was provided but no refund was given. I am now in the process of taking the seller to the small claims court. Very frustrating and unnecessary but I have no option.
Almost 4 months backwards and forwards trying to resolve this matter.

The app could be improved

The app is lacking notifications of transactions. I can only view payments or receipts by logging in to the app. Halifax and Lloyd's apps have notifications and it is much better to be able to see what's being paid out or monies received.

I have been with origin for two years

I have been with origin for two years. The first one went Ok, slow speeds but fairly reliable. However, the last few months have been very poor with connection dropping for long periods, even worse is the customer service. I was offered a cut price deal initially, but I put it on hold until they sorted my speed issues out. When they eventually managed to slightly improve this, they had already pulled the deal. I complained and got no joy, the agent actually refused to let me speak to a supervisor. He said, you won't get a different answer from anyone higher up! Since that conversation, I have spent days on end trying to speak to their customer service dept, but the phone disconnects after about 40 minutes after you have listened to the same old recorded songs that drive you nuts. I have also emailed them, receiving an automated response that claims I will be called back in 3-5 days. That was over two weeks ago. I've heard nothing from them. I logged a complaint via their website, receiving the same assurance of callback. Nothing happened.
If I could give them less than 1 star rating, I would.
It's almost as if there is nobody there who gives a flying you know what.
