I have been with origin for two years

I have been with origin for two years. The first one went Ok, slow speeds but fairly reliable. However, the last few months have been very poor with connection dropping for long periods, even worse is the customer service. I was offered a cut price deal initially, but I put it on hold until they sorted my speed issues out. When they eventually managed to slightly improve this, they had already pulled the deal. I complained and got no joy, the agent actually refused to let me speak to a supervisor. He said, you won't get a different answer from anyone higher up! Since that conversation, I have spent days on end trying to speak to their customer service dept, but the phone disconnects after about 40 minutes after you have listened to the same old recorded songs that drive you nuts. I have also emailed them, receiving an automated response that claims I will be called back in 3-5 days. That was over two weeks ago. I've heard nothing from them. I logged a complaint via their website, receiving the same assurance of callback. Nothing happened.
If I could give them less than 1 star rating, I would.
It's almost as if there is nobody there who gives a flying you know what.
