I had made enquiries with a few letting agents regarding potential marketing of my mother's property. Within two days of advertising, they had enquiries from several potential tenants and on day three I had a good choice of selection.
So as a result, my rental has new tenants, with all checks in place within 5 weeks from start to finish, which I think is pretty amazing. No hassle along the way and I was kept informed with everything via email and phone calls. I was always able to speak to the staff with any query and they could deal with it. 10/10
