Orius or Orino?
I purchased a battery which had a lifetime warranty. £170 commercial battery /It failed to hold charge after 18 months, so I presumed that the seller would honour the claim.(the seller confirmed that the warranty would be upheld), I returned the battery at my own expense and it was confirmed that it was faulty. So far so good.
I was then given the runaround from being offered a replacement or refund, which initially I asked for the replacement. Then when it didn't arrive, I asked for a tracking number, that wasn't provided either. I then asked for a refund. Two weeks later I was asked for my PayPal address to facilitate the refund. This was provided but no refund was given. I am now in the process of taking the seller to the small claims court. Very frustrating and unnecessary but I have no option.
Almost 4 months backwards and forwards trying to resolve this matter.
