Dreadful so far
Zenith decided that myself and my husband had both written off the same car one week apart and wanted me to prove that I hadn't written it off! Not sure how I prove i haven't written it off? I haven't even driven it! Had a horribly frustrating phone call with a man in a call centre who I honestly couldn't understand. Zenith had threatened to cancel our insurance on 21st August if I couldn't prove that I didn't write the car off and I'm still not confident that they won't try. Surely with MIB and CUE these things should be straightforward?

My first experience with Zenith insurance
I recently joined to Zenith insurance for my car,and because i wasn't Zenith customer before so i do not have very good enough experiences with the Zenith and need to be customer for at least a year then my review will be more accurate, but in the meantime i hope the company which i have choose for insurance will provide me very good experiences for now and future as well,so my rating and current feedback is not based on my previous experiences, but i am sure my selected insurance company for my car will continue for next years with peace of mind.

Found this insurance on a comparison site I was shown a selection of companies and chose zenith as it met my needs once selected I was transferred to the zenith insurance website and filled in the required information which was quite easy and straightforward once completed and confirmed I received all my information online I was very satisfied with the whole process thank you.

I dont even know where to begin.
First of all,it is almost impossible to get through to them,with a 15 wait time on the phone. Then they dont take any accountability,they refuse to log a complaint despite you specifically requested it,then they outright lie about not having a manager on shift. Managers just hide behind their teams,just to not having to deal with anything.
AVOID THEM!!!!!!!
