Competitive…
My rating is based on competitive pricing, easy to understand policies and web site. For what is included and the relatively low excess payment the policy is competitive. There is no too difficult technical legal jargon and the web site is easy to follow.

Not the greatest of starts
Taking out the insurance was easy enough. However moving a personal plate after purchase of the car turned into a saga.
The AI based chat bot is terrible. I encountered "technical issues" at Zeniths end meaning I couldn't change the plate online. It's a weekend so I can't call anyone. Next I try and AI option, ask to speak to someone and I get put through to what is clearly another AI that couldn't help and told me to call back the next day. I even asked it if it was a human and it just repeated the same call back tomorrow message.
In the end I had to take 24 hours cover from Jaunt to insure the car and then try again only to be charged £25 admin fee for the privilege when they could change it. I asked them to wave this given the charges I had to pay to Jaunt for cover (£33.77) but of course there's no one that has the ability to be sensible and understanding so the response is taken it or leave it.
Not the greatest of starts.

No way to address a customer…
This is no way to address a customer after selling them a motor policy…
“If we do not hear from you by 19/08/2026 or if all the information is not provided, we will Immediately Cancel or Void your policy in accordance with your policy terms and conditions”.
Leaves such an unpleasant taste.

£25 amendment charge
£25 to amend the car registration number seems excessive, particularly when the whole process was completed online and took only a few minutes. I don't think the amount charged reflects the administration involved.

Wish we had looked up reviews before taking out a policy. No sooner they take your money, as so many people have found out too late, they make a problem to enable them to charge you more and increase your policy. In 50 years of driving never come across such a scamming company.
