Very happy with my Rac insurance
I love my Rac insurance. The price was very reasonable and for a very low cost I could add recovery on it. They also offer discount services and MOT which I don’t need because I have a neighbours that for me anyway everything seems very reasonable and they are a very long-term reliable company. I’m sure I will renew my insurance with them for the third time.

Very disappointing service when calling…
Very disappointing service when calling to ask about Legal Cover. Long wait to be answered and then when I did speak to someone they put me through to the wrong team. 20 wasted minutes.

The ease of using the on line quote system. The price difference from my existing insurer was significantly lower. My wife had already taken out a policy for her own car and that made me try for my car.
