Easy to make a minor amendment on line that would not effect the policy cost in anyway - charge of £25 to do this is excessive!

since august 24th I have contacted Zenith every day regarding a missed payment. EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN GIVEN CONFLICTING INFORMATION AND SPOKEN TO LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD IN FRONT OF HIS MOMMY FOR BEING NAUGHTY. yes I currently have a missed car insurance premium on my Dacia Duster, HOWEVER THAT DOES NOT GIVE ZENITH THE RIGHT TO PATRONIZE AND SPEAK DOWN TO CUSTOMERS. I personally WILL NOT tolerate it. I WOULD NOT RECOOMEND ZENITH CAR INSURANCE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SM Willock

Paid for the month
Paid for the month. After 6 months, I sold my car and cancelled my insurance. I paid the full amount for the month and cancelled 7 days later. They did not refund me anything but instead charged me a £34 cancellation fee. The customer service team also did not explain why and were rather unhelpful. I would avoid, their website is tragic too, live chat is useless.

£25 fee for cancelling just hours after…
£25 fee for cancelling just hours after automatic renewal
I’m extremely disappointed with how Zenith have handled this. My van insurance automatically renewed on 28 August and I cancelled it first thing that same morning, yet I was still charged a £25 cancellation fee.
I’ve been signed off work and dealing with a lot personally, so I hadn’t been keeping on top of emails and didn’t realise the policy was about to automatically renew. As soon as I became aware, I cancelled it immediately.
I understand companies have terms and conditions, but charging £25 when the renewed policy had only been active for a matter of hours feels completely unreasonable and unfair. There was no attempt to take my circumstances into account — just an automatic charge for cancelling something I never actively chose to renew.
At a time when money is already tight, £25 matters. I’ve now raised a formal complaint and asked for the fee to be refunded.
Very poor customer service and a disappointing way to treat an existing customer. I certainly wouldn’t recommend Zenith based on this experience.

The two peple from resolution team
The two peple from resolution team, Claire and Karly, we're kind and helpful. But, the staff answers phone from customer service appeared they were not understanding, following what I said. I had repeat again and again. Although I am told I would be called by someone from resolution team I was not called -customer service told me so. Still two days ago, last Tuesday, I am told that a note is left to Karly, she would contact me regarding the subject she is waiting to receive, hear from me no one contacted me. Now, I am afraid to call, bec in my last three calls I was given wrong information -such as I am told that "I can't talk with resolution team', although (I said) I have had just spoken 30-40 minutes ago".
