Absolute joke. Read the small print. Although they may be cheaper than most, that's before they charge £95 premium tax that wasn't part of the price when I paid, never had this issue, always paid monthly but decided to pay it in one to save money, turns out this was more expensive than my previous year's insurance. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs

Unprofessional behaviour
We received letters from them about a potential fraud. We called to tell them that the applications they notified us of were indeed fraudulent. Instead we received letters telling us off for trying to defraud. No apology no information so we could investigate report or even complain. No signatures on the letter or contact details.
The letters were highly offensive to someone who has never not had insurance or committed fraud We don't know exactly what happened but no excuse for the unprofessional letters
The additional information requested by Zenith and requested by Trustpilot has been provided With regards to your suggestion we allowed our information to be compromised then why did Zenith not have enough information to process the insurance application. Once we confirmed we had not applied there was no excuse for the accusatory tone of the follow up letters.

We’re really sorry to hear that your details have been fraudulently used, and we completely understand how upsetting and offensive it must have been to receive letters that appeared to suggest you were involved in fraud when you were actually reporting the issue to us.
We are pleased to hear that you are receiving correspondence, as this indicates that our Fraud Team is dealing with the fraudulent activity relating to the policy. Unfortunately, as it is your personal information that has been used, correspondence relating to the policy is addressed to you at your address.
That said, we’re sorry that the wording and manner of the correspondence caused you distress. We would like to look into this further and ensure that the correct processes are in place.
If you could please send us the policy details to social@zenithinsurance-bisl.co.uk, we’ll investigate this for you and make sure your concerns are properly addressed.

Please avoid this insurance company! They have no clear communication, they have no clear system and they might even cancel your insurance without giving you a good reason or fact for the cancellation. Avoid them as much as possible!

I initially needed help and the first person I spoke to could only go by so much leaving me a little frustrated. However, when I spoke to Micheal after escalating. He really helped out a lot by understanding the issue that I was dealing with and then using that information to provide assistance. Big thumbs up.

Never had problem with any insurance company but zenith told me that u shud declare that ur son had an accident (which was 3 years ago) even though i didnt had problem getting insurance from any other company but wen i come to zenith
so for that reason they cancel my insurance so I won't recommend zenith to anyone

When providing a quote, we ask for details of all claims or accidents involving all drivers within the last 5 years. This information is important because previous claims can have a significant impact on the premium and the terms of an insurance policy.
In this case, the accident involving your son was within that 5-year period, so it needed to be declared. Unfortunately, when the correct information is provided or becomes known, it can result in the original quote being changed or, in some circumstances, the policy being cancelled if the risk no longer meets the insurer’s criteria.
We understand that this may have been frustrating, particularly if you have previously obtained insurance elsewhere without being asked for the same information. However, we have a responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and that the policy is based on the correct circumstances.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best for the future.
