Both Arthur and Rachel were superb at sorting our new internet, we're over the moon with our new hyper

the fitter Frazer was A1 very nice person the job went very well and Frazer was a Professional which was nice to see

Anthony was amazing in assisting our business with a technical fault. He followed it up for us to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.

Great customer service and after care

Gerard and Stephen from account management were more than helpful and went above and beyond to answer my query. They’re an asset to the company and made sure all my questions were answered. Great service from the guys in account management highly recommend!

Anytime we reach out to account manager Stephen, nothing is ever an issue! Also the account management team in general has been great should Stephen ever not be available!

Got a call from my Account Manager Stephen Carson advising our contract was coming up for renewal, I explained that our speeds had been slow and if there was anything he could do. Stephen advised that at the time we had got the fastest speeds in our area but now an upgrade is available, signed up for another 3 years for full fibre! Very happy and thanks for the call Stephen!

Yellowcom is a good company to have as your telephone / broadband provider. Connor in the support team was very helpful and sorted out the issue promptly. Good to be talking to local people not a call centre overseas

Both of the engineers, Fionntan and Fraser, were excellent.
Arrived on site on time, came in explained everything and just got on with it, cleared up behind them, went through what happens next, generally very good.
