Scamcom.

Bought a 36 mnth Vodafone unlimited data sim cardwhich stopped working after 8mnths. No explanation, no apology, just a snooty response from some customer service person who was clearly miffed that I got a refund.Loads of complaints on Amazon,who refunded me £649 without me even asking because they had so many complaints about this mob. I must have been mad buying from them. Never again. Avoid like the plague. Scancom.? More like Scamcom. Terrible, unreliable company and product.

Bargain prices on their 3 data sims but there’s a catch….. your speeds are extremely slow in parts of London due to congestion. I’m talking as low as 3Mbs/s!

Also, if you’ve chosen the eSIM and need to transfer to another device. You may need to order a new eSIM to do this - costs £18 pounds each time you wish to do this!

Three data sim

Great company to deal with, very quick delivery. Having a prepaid sim does away with the need for monthly payments. you just pop the sim in your router and it is ready to go.

No Support Emails Answered

Ive used scancom EE sims for a few years, decent value , but the support from Scancom is lacking, no phone support, and emails arent answered.

All i want to know is when is the 1000GB EE £15 a month sim reset, the old sims used to be on the 23rd of every month, but on these you cant text 150 to find out.

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery. Ordered a preloaded SIM card. Arrived within 48 hrs. Popped it into a 5g enabled tablet. Job done. No hassle and worked 1st time!
