First Class Tech Support for Microsoft 365 log-in issue
The quality of tech support provided by Gabriel makes Yellowcom stand out from other telecommunications providers. A Microsoft 365 log-in issue meant I could not access our business SharePoint site. Gabriel worked late in the evening with me to try to resolve the problem, but without success. The following morning (Saturday) he found the solution, and successfully regained access for me into our site. We are so thankful to have his technical knowledge and commitment to customer service as part of our package.

Site Visit
Site Engineer Fraser Martin visited our office today in Enniskillen to install new system. On arrival Fraser explained everything in detail on what he would be doing today. He got to work immediately and quietly and completed our installation without any disruption to the everyday run of the office. Thank you so much for making the changeover so easy for us.. Well done.

Very grateful to Anthony today nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the transition for everyone in our office so smooth. I was unable to log into the app on my phone and was emailing him all hours with a few issues and nothing was too much trouble. He was very efficient and friendly and had these issues sorted straight away. Highly recommend Yellowcom and can't thank you enough for putting us all at ease and making our first day working remotely so much easier and stress free!

A sales team member manager Sara-jane came out to the house today to help with our wifi issue that we have been having.
Sara-jane is such a lovely,thoughtful and super helpful person, she may have spent a bit of time with me today talking through everything but you are all definitely lucky to have her apart of your team ! She was telling how this would be one of her last days so it means even more to me that she was even able to come out and help us she is amazing !!!
Account management
I have dealt with the account management team over the past few months. They are always so helpful! I have dealt with Jenny, Steven, Keely and Gerard to date. Great support
All started off well then the bills…
All started off well then the bills started to increase much more than RPI. Yellowcom said they applied RPI to the full price of their products and not the discounted rate I had been given due to a significant up front payment. I was soon paying 2- 3 times what I had agreed at the start. They also charged me for 999 calls which Ofcom had advised should not be charged to the customer. They did refund me these charges after I sent them the Ofcom statement.
Read the small print as well as they also add on line protection after 12 months (not even sure what this is?)
I then advised Yellowcom that I was going to cancel my contract and they gave me a termination fee of over £20,000 between my three sites. Turns out I was on a rolling contract so I only had to give 90 days notice.
A few months later and Yellowcom are still taking direct debits from my accounts despite this being drawn to their attention. Really awful company to work with, you have to keep your eye on the bills constantly and I have better things to be doing with my time.
History of overcharging
My contract with Yellowcom is a fixed sum per month. However, over the past 12 months I noticed excess money being charged monthly. When I queried this I was advised that the price increase was in line with RPI (Retail Price Index) and that this was in accordance with my contract. However, when I checked my contract there is no reference to Yellowcom having the right to adjust my monthly bill in accordance to RPI increases! In addition, I was also randomly charged £77.91 extra in June 2024.
When I queried this Yellowcom admitted their mistake but despite several communications with them they have not refunded either the RPI increases or the random charge! After many lengthy communications Yellowcom have just recently agreed to refund me but only on the condition that I sign an agreement with wholly unreasonable conditions around disclosure.
This is not the first time I have been overcharged by Yellowcom. In 2023, extra charges were added to my bill over a period of time. This resulted in a refund of over £500. Despite my refund in 2023 as a result of overcharging, Yellowcom have not resolved the current pricing issue and it appears continue to overcharge me.
I have been in business 25 years and I have never experienced a dishonest and difficult service provider like Yellowcom. This is not anger, this is fact. They have breached contract conditions on pricing, randomly added excess charges, been uncooperative and lacked transparency. Based on my experience I would not trust or recommend Yellowcom to any business, it will cost you both time and money.
