Yellowcom provides our business Ardoyne Youth Club with internet service. The process from start to finish was handled with great professionalism. The engineer Fionntan that attended our site was very helpful and explained the process. Would recommend Yellowcom!

Good Customer Service
We switched to yellowcom as our new provider which we experience a few issues as expected when swapping over .We have been having call issues with our phones for as of recently which thanks to Anthony and Bailey has been resolved. They have both worked tirelessly to fix the problem throughout the week. Such kind and understanding people. Always greeted with a positive attitude. Any problems I have had with the phones Anthony and Bailey have done everything they can to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Anthony has always kept me up to date on what the problem is and how they plan to fix it.
Good customer service
Initially, the issue looked like it might not be resolved however Anthony made sure to follow up on possible solutions to make sure we got sorted. Much appreciated!

We are a very recent customer with Yellowcom and when we experienced an outage at our company we dealt with Rachel. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and had our system up and running in no time. Great to have a company like this who employs great staff looking after us.
I recently left Yellowcom
I recently left Yellowcom. Long story short, I was approached by another provider for an all singing, all dancing phone system cheaper than what I was paying. How wrong I was!! I will not mention the other company, however I knew instantly I had made a massive mistake, the “new” system couldn’t do half of what the phone system I had with Yellowcom could. I got back in touch with my old account manager Keely, explained the situation who was more than helpful. I then spoke to her manager Jenny who guided me through the process of returning to Yellowcom. I was able to get everything back up and running within a matter of days. Fiontann came out to help set the system back up and running. Stephen and Gerard both checked in with me a week apart. I honestly cannot fault the guys at Yellowcom. They have exceeded my expectations. I honestly would urge ANYONE to think twice about moving just for a few pounds cheaper a month. Not worth it and I wouldn’t even consider moving again! Great job Yellowcom
