5 months after receiving my brand new…
5 months after receiving my brand new car, it broke down and was off the road for over 4 months. Zenith still took all the monthly payments despite my request for them to cease (they said I would be in breach of contract if I cancelled the direct debit). No replacement car was supplied for the first 6 weeks then various courtesy cars (not like for like). No updates were given until I chased them every 2 weeks.

The deal I got was very competitive
The deal I got was very competitive, and customer service has been great, but for a web only company the user experience was woeful.
Pages keep crashing, it's not intuitive to find your previous quotes, filtering is lacking, photos of the car are tiny and when you update colours and options the picture doesn't update.
I could go on.

Fantastic service
The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was just so helpful, informative and personable! Gave me alternative options to my initial choice due to delivery times. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Cant get a car our of them for love or money
I have been waiting almost a year for a car that was supposed to be delivered within 5 months. I have no information after chasing multiple times throughout the year. There has been no effort to resolve the situation or find an alternative solution. My attempts to escalate the problem have been met with apathy and a 'nothing we can do' attitude. I dont think I will be able to get a car out of this company for all my trying and have wasted so much time when I really needed the larger car for my expanded family causing great inconvenience.

If only the configurator matched the service...
Seamless but the configurator could be better.
The process of ordering and the price I will pay are both positives; it's really simple and competitive compared to other platforms. The customer service has been positive too, albeit that is based on the interaction I have received from the supplier as I've had no contact with Zenith less confirmatory emails.
My biggest issue is the Zenith website where you select and then configure the cars. It's very basic, hard to distinguish what you're ordering and I had to leave the site, find the manufacturers website and configure the car there to get a view of what I was ordering. If that process could be improved, it would unquestionably improve the consumer experience.

Terrible website experience
The website is one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune to use on the WWW. It is very slow, it does not store previous information (such as additional drivers, you have to input them again for every single quote), it is laid out poorly, selecting options is time confusing - all in all a very un-user friendly website. Telephone support can be patchy. Often times, nobody answers at all and you end up hanging up. Other times, someone answers quickly and are able to assist.

Disappointing experience from start to…
The whole experience from start to finish has been disappointing. As our corporate supplier I had to use Zenith. The first car I ordered was out of stock but they didn't tell me until very late. The second was not delivered when expected and then no longer available in the colour I'd ordered. The car eventually turned up with almost no paperwork and no warning triangle or hi viz jackets. Support during the contract has been fine but they have been unable to correctly repair a damaged wing mirror. In the end a European part was fitted, which doesn't have the right viewing range. Now, at the end of the contract they have failed to collect the car on the agreed date (twice) and are not responding to my emails. Given the choice I would not use this company.

Salary sacrifice car woes
Salary sacrifice car. Have had major issues with the car, it has had to go back to the dealer multiple times with issues, including where it just stopped in the middle of the road with a drivetrain fault. It is now back in the garage with another fault. I have lost faith in the car. Another issue is the car was hit by a third party when parked and unattended. I provided zenith with the full details of the third party. Now they are taking my excess from me claiming their insurers are saying they have no third party to claim against. Absolutely shocking service. I cannot wait for this lease to be over so I can walk away from them. Avoid at all costs.
